Everytime I picked up my prescription there mood change. They are so lively and happy after attending white customer but when you are colored as myself there facial expression change and always make excuses going back n forth waiting for other staff to assist me but all of them can tell they are Racist!

I miss Shopko pharmacy! When we all had to initially change over it was difficult, but the Shopko staff were on hand to help make the transition less stressful. However, now since that useless, wasteful new "efficient machine" and increase in tech's the service and attitude from staff is horrendous. I have tried and tried to work with them and have gotten short with them, but they are all so rude and they can't even tell you when you can expect your scripts to be ready or if the doctor's scripts were received. With the addition of that machine, and the staff and after a couple of pretty hard years, not counting the Shopko transfer, you would think they would be more organized and at the very least apologetic to their customers. I will be moving to a different pharmacy after over 5 plus years. Really upsetting.

I gave a 2 star for the girls with the long, overworked, overwhelmed faces when greeted at Smiths pharmacy. 1 star for the actual pharmacists who couldn't care at all if an Rx perscribed could interact with 20 other Rxs a disabled Veteran, who I care give for is perscribed monthly. Nor do they care of the urgency of renewing in a timely manner. This is life and death situations and next time I'm in I will be requiring information and names of all pharmacists working this store.

Not sure what's happening to this business, but it sure has taken a turn to the wrong direction! First impression! Walk into two employees cursing at each other ready to go at it! Isles are almost impossible to go down anymore do to all the stocking in them! And MR. GRUMPY stocking dairy products needs to find a new job or get an attitude adjustment! Which he came real close to getting! Overall something has taken a serious turn for the wrong direction!! The proof is in your reviews, take the time to read them please!

Rude employees allison the cart pusher nearly ran me over. Grabbing a cart. Went inside employee named kate nearly cut me off i said excuse me and then she told me to wait. Like ur more imortant than a paying customer? N then got on my case by asking how much soda u got? I like the early morning employees better.

I just want to say as an instacart shopper I've always enjoyed my time in here but as of this morning I'm just in complete disgust with Becky who was working the seasonal dept, I had asked her a question and she just got completely nasty with me and yelled at me saying don't you see all the carts here it means you can't come through here, she needs an attitude adjustment. All I wanted to do was ask her a question never mind.

I just have to say a specific employee by the name of Becky has the rudest attitude I've ever met this woman has no filter and will scream at the top of her lungs about how she hates the store and or will call out employees in front of other customers including myself making them feel less than prior to her doing that she got on the intercom and made a fake speech about how she hopes everyone has a great day and thanks for coming in I really hate 2 faced people like that not a friendly person at all. Makes me wonder how she got hired I feel bad for the other employees that they have to deal with her.

Love my shopko people that still work there. They're not the issue. As for the other pharmacist's the fact that I was lied to about them calling \\\"right after I'm off the phone with you.\\\" in my script to check the amount is just so so wrong. Don't lie to your patient's. My Dr. was surprised to learn there was an issue with my meds because guess what- because they never called ?. They have YET AGAIN messed up my medication. 15 is not equal to 60. Expect to constantly be shorted pills and get the new script over the old one canceled on you all the time.

My wife and I have used this pharmacy for years and have never been disappointed. They go above-and-beyond to be courteous, efficient, and accurate. They're always upbeat. Can't say enough about how awesome their team is.

I used this pharmacy for 5 years before I moved, and I had a fantastic experience 100% of the time. The staff are all friendly, courteous, and caring. Using the auto refill and getting text messages when my scripts were ready made it more convenient. I appreciate all the hard work these folks do and would highly recommend.
