Scott is a incredibly special human being! I was fortunate to have found him to put our old boy down in my lap at our home in Bigfork! I have since moved up to eureka where he came up a couple of x’s as I have many pets horses too, I love Scott Smiley for the way he treats my pets and his empathy for my human pain for my pets!
I only recommend this gentle giant Dr Smiley to everyone I talk to about their farm animals and pets, hands down!

Dr. Smiley came to our home over the weekend and was compassionate and understanding as we discussed our dog’s health situation and what steps he would take to end our dog’s suffering. Euthanasia was done quickly but carefully after which we were given additional time to say our goodbyes. Dr. Smiley then gently carried our dog out to his vehicle and transported him for cremation. It was a comfort to us that our very sick dog did not have to suffer through another hated car ride and veterinary office visit. Thank you so much for the excellent care and kindness you showed us and our pets.

Dr. Smiley provides a wonderful service of home based vet visits. In my case, he came to the house and gave my cat a thorough exam and provided his vaccinations. This was so great for my cat, who hates driving in the car, and especially hates being in the vet clinic! Having Dr. Smiley come to the house, let him see my cat in his natural environment. He stayed and answered questions too. He has a very kind bedside manor. Many years ago, Doc Smiley helped euthanize an old doggie I had to say goodbye to. He made the experience much more gentle on my family. Highly recommend!

We used Dr.Smiley for home pet euthanasia. He was very calm and efficient. The Old girl quickly relieved of her pain and suffering. Dr.Smiley then took her to a local crematorium.

Dr smiley came to our home today to help my black lab with a broken dew claw. He was so knowledgeable so helpful and so so nice. I’m making him my regular vet from now on. He made loose comfy while checking him out and knew just what he was doing. Thank you dr smiley I can’t thank you enough.

My Giant Schnauzer was very ill. After making every effort to get him well, it was apparent that he needed me to have him put out of his misery. I had never seen Dr. Smiley, but a friend recommended him after he had done in home euthanasia for their dog. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care we received from him. He was kind, caring and compassionate. He took the time to explain the process. He also transported my dog to the crematorium for a fee, which was so helpful as my dog was over 100lbs and I was in no emotional state to be doing it myself. I highly recommend Dr. Smiley and have given his name to other friends with elderly, large dogs.

Dr Smiley is AWESOME! He had no issue dealing with my shelter dog. He also is reasonable on pricing and will meet schedule requirements. I highly recommend him!

I had to have my little pug put to sleep yesterday. Dr. Smiley came to the house so Tanky didn"t have to be afraid. He made the heart wrenching experience of letting my beloved pet of 17 years go so much easier. What a kind, caring compassionate individual.
