Empathy sympathy care and concern for you and the community and all of those who need a little extra help. That's not just a motto it's the way they behave towards others. A sincere desire to help. Monday through Friday you can go there to have a very delicious nourishing meal and cold drink and they have day old bread on a Shelf with maybe some day old cookies and if you need them you can take some. The Salvation Army has a giant thrift store here in town. Salvation Army has a food bank in town. Their headquarters on top of the hill behind Logan Hospital is where you can go to have a meal it is also the same location as their Church. Everything you need in just one place. They have a gigantic parking lot that is easy in and easy out the entire complex is ultra clean and squared away. I hope if you need a place to worship or if you need a little extra help you would visit with the Salvation Army. If you are a veteran then know that the Salvation Army is the second largest fund that helps our veterans. The only other organization in the United States that offers more help would be Veterans Affairs hospitals or clinics. They truly care about our heroes. Drop in say hello to the major and his assistance. If you feel like you have time even if it's just a couple of hours a week or month to volunteer to do something then this is the place I would recommend this place helps everybody and anybody no matter your station in life. I have attended other salvation Army Chapel Services such as morning Sunday School and Main services and Wednesday services and I found them to be absolutely incredible. I Am brand new to Kalispell so once I get my apartment settled this will be my church this will be my home away from home and this is where I will volunteer. Well that's it that concludes my thoughts and feelings about the Salvation Army should you find any spelling mistakes please blame it on Google typing.

I lost everything but a car a dog because of Covid, hadn't eaten anything in a while and a counselor from the hospital told me to go to the salvation army. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, I hard a hard time talking about anything I'm going through yet they helped me with some food. Thank you

During the pandemic especially and when I had struggles I am I am a mom of a four year old and a 9 year old and a lot of their meals have helped out tremendously and voucher

The woman who brings out the food was very rude, she asked how many meals and I said 2, she asked me if the person was in the car and I said yes and she goes well I cant see her in there, this is supposed to be a place to help people, and it's a church, well what an attitude.
