This is a review of Ed Nissen! Over the last year, my family has be dealing with the loss of our father and transferring his house in Whitefish and eventually getting it ready to sale. Since I decided to attempt to purchase my first house, which I had a small fraction of ownership in already, this transaction was both not straight forward and somewhat complex as it was my first house purchase. Ed and his team were amazing at coming up with solutions that would work for all parties, the seller, and the buyer and all involved. I am not from Montana, but it was an excellent experience in dealing with a location that I was not familiar of and somewhere which I will now call home. It is always difficult to get all the way across the line in buying a house and I am so stoked that I found Ed to help me.
