Today was my first time shopping at Riddle‘s Jewelry and I had a great experience. Anna was great and took the extra time to explain the different styles and helped me pair it with the existing charm that my wife wanted to use on the chain.

I got a family heirloom repaired here for my engagement:) Dan did a great job, obviously they let me keep my excess gold from the resizing of the ring, the girls were extremely pleasant who helped me out as well. Looks like i will only be coming here! Ring looks amazing!

Working with Lauren is the absolute best!!! Not only is she knowledgeable but she is hilarious, fun, and empathetic. I couldn’t imagine what this shopping would have looked like without her. The environment is welcoming! These ladies are helpful and easy to work with. I had Ashley remove links from my watch, and she was kind and precise, adjusting it for free! Definitely recommend this shop.

I have nothing but good things to say about Riddle’s Jewelry! I have multiple pieces of jewelry from them - including a diamond necklace and a birthstone bracelet.
Not only did I purchase jewelry there, I also had my wedding ring and band soldered together and resized which was done in a quick and professional manner.
They have jewelry for every occasion including: wedding/engagement rings, birthstone collections, Mother’s Day themed jewelry, and more!

I brought my grandmothers gold ring in because a couple of years ago I had to get it cut off of me. They repaired it and resized it to fit my finger, and you can’t tell anything ever happened. I am so so appreciative of these people. I will always give my business to this local jeweler.

One of my favorite things about this company is I can call and give the most vague description of something I want and Lauren knows the exact questions to ask to get me exactly when I have envisioned. I come from out of town and she always has it ready for me when I arrive.

Had a very negative experience with this jeweler (specifically their goldsmith, Jacob and Lauren). I took my custom engagement ring here to get re-sized. I was initially quoted $50 and then came back a week later to drop it off and was quoted $55. I didn't care because it was such a small amount of money.
Two weeks after I dropped my ring off, I received a call from the goldsmith saying that the stones were fake on the engagement ring and "equivalent to costume jewelry". They also told me that my custom 14k gold band looked used and was likely a used ring. They recommended that I contact my original jeweler and have a gemologist come to our house.
We had the gemologist come to our house. She reassured us that the band was not 'used', the diamonds were in fact real, and that the other stone was an equally valuable stone. (we though it was a sapphire and it was a different stone).
This entire process was extremely emotionally exhausting and upsetting. Being told that your 1mo old custom engagement ring looks like 'used costume jewelry' is VERY upsetting...especially when it's not true. Having to pay for a gemologist and STILL not having my ring re-sized has been a really disappointing way to celebrate our engagement.

My dad and I went to Riddle’s Jewelry in Kalispell and we got to experience Anna Hardy’s professional advice. Anna was very knowledgeable, funny, polite, thorough, and kind. She was able to assist us in choosing a ring for their 30 year anniversary. We would highly recommend Anna Hardy at Riddle’s Jewelry in Kalispell.
