We are traveling from out of state and are tonneau cover completely fell off into the bed of our truck. We called Shane and although they normally don’t do these types of repairs he graciously made time to look at it. When we arrived Tim immediately began the repair and got the cover back on and tightened down. Turns out the shop that installed it in California failed to install it correctly. Shane and Tim took customer service to another level! So thankful for these guys they were awesome!
