First I have to say this hotel has amazing staff, especially Lisa at the front desk. I stayed here with my disabled father and his service dogs, and he was seen as a person, not a problem, and it really made a difference. Lisa was so caring and understanding of him that it really made us feel at home. I don't know what she gets paid, but she deserves a raise. This will be the only place we stay in kallispell.Rooms: The rooms were clean. I've worked in the hotel business, and that's not always the case.Nearby activities: We were able to go to Glacier Park and Flathead Lake not far from here.Safety: I felt safe there was a maintenence man walking around that seemed to check on everything.Walkability: All the food and stores close to there are wonderful and easy to walk to. Plus, there's a bike/ walking path right behind the hotel.Food & drinks: There is a breakfast bar with waffles

The room was dirty. Undusted, unvacuumed, sinks full of crud and the shower didn't work. And they won't give any sort of refund.

Absolutely the worst experience. The hotel smells like wet dog and cigarettes. My room was still dirty with pee in the toilet, used towels, and dried body fluids on the bed still. When I asked for a new room the woman at the counter was the rudest and then proceeded to charge me twice. All the while having to dispute the second charge because she refused to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Lisa has always been amazing to work with when I need a room last minute, I fly in for work randomly and it's a blessing to know I have a place to stay while I'm here. Rooms are always clean and never once seen any bugs of any kind.

Hello, just want to give a big thank you to this hotel. I walked into the room and the paper on the desk had a hand written not saying, “enjoy your stay :)” made my day. I am traveling from Ohio, and this has been the best, affordable hotel we have stayed in yet. Beds are decently comfy, plush pillows, and vending machines in this place are a lot more affordable too! Also very thankful for a clean bathtub. Thank you for having conditioner too. Not every hotel has it, and it’s nice not to have to dig in my car to find conditioner. My hair is down to my hips, so I can’t go without it. Thanks again!

Room was clean and was spacious. Hotel is a bit on the older side. We got a 2 queen bed room. 1 bed was comfortable but the other one was a cheap very un comfortable mattress. Price was too high for the room. Loved the breakfast area and how its amenities (not food) are open/accessible all day.

This place is a pit. Does not look at all how it is pictured on the website. It’s a dirty grey building, not a modern looking hotel. Please read the other negative reviews as they are all correct. The carpets are filthy, and the rooms smell like urine. We were not informed when we checked in that the rooms are only cleaned every THIRD night. WHAT THE F?? We were gone for more that 14 hours today, exhausted and wanting to climb into a clean bed. But alas, nothing was touched. Dirty towels we left on the floor were still there. No replacement of cups in the rooms for drinking. My husband went to the front desk and asked for new cups and the desk clerk said he couldn’t get them because he didn’t have them. So, we grabbed them from the breakfast bar-that honestly, sits out overnight with cereal in containers and a fridge with yogurt. Not sure how long all that stuff has been sitting there. GROSS. And the kicker? We paid over $600 for the room for TWO NIGHTS. What a total rip off. I have better sleeping conditions in my car. Staff is very accommodating to the extent they can be. If you are here to visit Glacier, vet your hotels first. Glacier is amazing, but Kalispell has very little in the way of restaurants, hotels and our entire time here was disappointing. ISH.Noteworthy details: Filthy, Smelly and outdated. Disgusting for the price-that IS noteworthy.

What a rip off for $250 a night. For that price they should be maintaining and cleaning the rooms better cause they HAVE the money. Room smelt like stale cigs and scum. We left and did not stay. Luckily got our money back for one night but unless you want a contact high I would not stay

ZERO IF I COULD!Lisa working the front desk deserves a 5 star. She is the only reason why I stayed the booked nights and didn’t check out early to go to a different hotel.Checked in late (after midnight) I was told the room number and made our way to it. After opening the door we immediately knew that it had a problem. The smell of moldy, wet carpet was unbearable. I went to the front desk, told the person working and she gladly moved our room. (Kinda like she’s done this before)The next morning the same smell was now in the “new” room. First thing we noticed when we woke up. Being very frustrated because of the money spent, I decided to ask for a refund so I could go elsewhere. That’s when I met Lisa. She told me that she could not refund me any money because the manager was off duty. (Until Monday, and this was Thursday) but she wanted to offer an upgraded room that she personally checked and made sure was clean. Before going to that room we both walked the 2 other rooms and she agreed they definitely had issues. Lisa is truly the only reason we decided to give the hotel a 3rd try. She went above and beyond what she needed to do. She takes her job to heart, truly cares about customer satisfaction and it shows. So at the end of it the hotel gets 1 star. It needs work. But Lisa and the other staff get 5 stars. The 3rd room was decent. Not the best but better than the other 2.Thank you Lisa for everything you did. I hope that Quality Inn can see the potential in you!

Ok, the pictures are worked on a bit. The hotel does not look that nice on the outside. So don't trust the pictures. That treadmill is all tore up, too. This is a basic hotel with a casino. Our stay was very good. We did not need any assistance, so that was good. My only complaint is that one of the ladies at the front desk was extremely rude. You were out of forks one morning for breakfast, and she straight said, "Guess you have to eat with spoons." This lady??? I asked her once about Glacier Park, and she just decided to talk horrible about tourists, me. So yeah, she is not good for business.

I was leary of staying here, seemed to be a few recent negative reviews. But needing a room somewhere with a pool that was less than 400 a night on short notice I booked a room here. I'm not familiar with Kalsipel at all but it did seem to have a bit of a bad neighborhood vibe. The initial lady when I checked in seemed scowly initially but she warmed up really quick. My room was clean and adequate. The building is a little older and not the cleanest. Is an outdoor basic pool but it was clean and my kid enjoyed it. We had a decent sleep, was quiet throughout the night. In the morning a couple of us had breakfast, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and I enjoyed my waffle and coffee. It was a little more expensive than I normally pay for this type of room but I would stay there again in a bind.

We drove from Oregon straight through for a funeral and we were exhausted. The outside entry door on our end if the building was broken. The key fob battery for the doo was dead and they said they would replace it but never did . This caused us to have to walk a long way around repeatedly to get to the room and taking our dog out became very inconvenient. Breakfast was decent decent enough and the staff was courteous.

The room was clean and quiet but the staff was not very friendly. Probably because this area has homeless in the back parking lot and it looks like there is drug activity and possibly dealing out of the hotel. I would not stay here again.

I'm here for work so I chose this place from limited options. HUGE REGRETS.I have stayed in a lot of budget hotels but I have never been given an unwashed duvet with urine and feces stains on it. When I asked for a replacement the front desk person sighed dramatically and rolled her eyes. There was hair in the tub and the bathroom floor was dirty. EVERYTHING IS STICKY and there is an unpleasant smell... You'll need a shower after you shower here. The ground floor windows, which open wide enough someone could climb through, don't lock. Some of them don't even have screens.
