As I've shared in the past, reviews are subjective and usually based upon your personal experience and understanding of what to expect. That being said, my experience at Pierce Manufacturing has always been excellent and I understand that materials, labor, parts, aftermarket installations etc. are all expensive. Business owners don't control inflationary costs and labor/overhead costs are not cheap. Rick is very customer service focused and you'll know right up front what to expect, including the cost. I've had Rick and his team install several aftermarket products for me on my F350 and I have never been disappointed! Despite the reviews that others have posted, I highly recommend Pierce Manufacturing. Great customer service, quality of work and after installation support. All very good!

STAY AWAY!Way over charged me!$1600-1700 for wiring and a single break.Had it one day.Then tried to sell me on "desperately other things needing fixing."Wished I'd gone somewhere else, don't make the same mistake I made.Update- looked over there work on the wiring. Maybe did an hours worth of work but tried to bill me for 8 hours. When I called he said, "worked on this society noon and just finished." It was 4:30 when we talked.Also told me all 4 breaks were going out along with the suspension. Yet after looking over it carefully everything is fine. They lied to me to try and upsell me things I didn't need. They should be in jail.I've already got multiple businesses to boycott them when I showed them the bill and work they did. We need to get these people shut down.

These guys run a shop the right way. I’m in CO and needed to get some parts installed for my sister in Kalispell, over the phone we set the whole thing up. They went out of their way to get my sisters rig setup, they completed the work quickly, professionally and everything was perfect. Can’t thank them or recommend them enough.

They did a great job of fixing a boat trailer axel & all connected parts in 48 hours to get me back on the road after a week long VRBO on Flathead Lake keeping me from having to store my boat for an extended time & having to travel 300 miles round trip to get the boat & trailer if they hadn't been able to fix it before the VRBO time was up. Friendly & super helpful!

When you want to get the job done,go see Rick.He was very considerate of my time. I am very grateful to him for his willingness to work with my time frame. He save my summer for my wife and grandchildren. Thank you doesn't really say how I feel.Honest straight and nice man.

Pierce Manufacturing was great. Lost one of my trailer bearings on a trip from Seattle to Glacier. Was fortunate to find Pierce and dropped it off after hours on Wednesday. Talked to the owner, Rick, the next morning and he said he probably couldn't look at it until the next day. (I was just hoping to get it by Tuesday when we planned to pack to return home.)Rick called Friday afternoon and said the trailer would be ready by 4PM. I really appreciated his service, professionalism, and quick turnaround -- especially since I was in such a bind. I tried to pay him more out of appreciation but he wouldn't accept it.I highly recommend Rick and Pierce Manufacturing.

Great folks to work with! They ordered in a grill guard for my truck. The price was fair & the work was fast. Rick also noticed that the bumper on my new pickup wasn't level & they fixed it before mounting the guard. I am totally impressed by this company & will happily refer friends there.

The best! We were traveling from Indiana and had burnt up the brakes on our travel trailer. We had tried for two days to get help in South Dakota. They worked us in, fixed the brakes and had us back to vacationing in an hour and a half. We couldn’t have been more thankful for Rita and Rick. We are so appreciative of the knowledge and understanding from Pierce.

Great bunch of people! !! We broke down with axel problems on our 5th wheel, where great on ordering the parts and repair, did it in one and one half days where other shops would have taken a month or so.My hat is off to the crew!!
