During our trip to Glacier National Park, we needed urgent brake repairs for our van. Northwest Truck Repair delivered outstanding service and quality. The team was very professional.

I feverishly looked for a place that someone could help me get in my work cargo trailer. It locked me out by itself, vibrating the bolt locks on the inside of the door, causing them to latch. I installed them for my safety as I currently am without a house and sleep in it and it's just a terrible time for me all together right now and they came out, popped the door off the hinges and refused to accept what little money could offer, no questions asked but could someone help me these are an amazing bunch of guys and they deserve all of your business and mine. I needed a break today I need you to find some good and I found it thank you so much guys, I appreciate you so much

This place has the most professional and caring staff from the office to the service department !! We had the transmission go out of our dump truck and of course it was at the end of season when everyone is trying hard to get their projects done. And the mechanics got right on it and had it done so fast I couldn't believe it! We are so thankful ?Service: Transmission

I take all our buses there for annual inspection and maintenance. Mike and JR are great. Service is always great and usually very fast. I would definitely recommend them if you need your rig serviced.Services: Auto battery replacement

I am a bus driver from Glasgow who took our football team to Big Fork for a playoff game when our bus broke down and needed repair. Northwest got us in right away and fixed the problem so we could return home. Thanks so much to Casey the mechanic who got us going again!

I have a 40' Monaco Diplomat motorhome with a Cummins 320 engine. While traveling through Montana on Hwy 2, we noticed the stop engine light began coming on whenever trying to climb any rolling hills or steep inclines. Mike and his team at Northwest Truck Repair got us in on short notice during a busy season (October) for them. Our mechanic Tim did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue (fuel separator filter and air filter). He changed out the filters which were a few years old and cycled the engine a couple times. We hit the road in about an hours time and we've had no issues thankfully! I can't complement the Northwest team enough for their timely service and friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend their team for any RV/motorhome services!

While traveling through Montana in our RV this past summer, we had an alternator belt snap due to a locked AC pump. We were camped on the side of the road for 2 nights and eventually had to have our RV towed to a truck repair facility. Northwest Truck Repair in Kalispell, MT was recommended to us. If we could've rated this facility with a "6", we would have. Due to this issue, we had to cancel several prearranged campground reservations and were eager to get on our way. Although they were booked solid, Northwest fit us in. When it was discovered that we had purchased the wrong belt, Northwest ordered the correct one and had it shipped overnight. We were able to remain in our RV while the repairs were being made and spent the night within their secured lot. They completed the repair, the job was done right and we were on our way the next morning.We don't remember ever meeting such a congenial group of men. This staff is knowledgeable and super friendly and they treated us so well. We also cannot express our full appreciation for fitting us in when they were fully booked. We want to particularly thank Mike, who was our "go to guy" and who seemed to oversee the repair work. You guys were great and we truly appreciate you getting us back on the road so quickly! I wanted to thank the staff and mechanics that worked on my ACE in May '22. I was preparing our 2018 ACE for a 7500 mile trip and during a final check found a rear grease seal failed 2 days prior to leaving. All trip reservation had to be moved and the rig repaired asap. Every other shop was weeks out but Northwest stepped up to the plate and delivered in 4 days. New bearings and seals on the rear and less than a week lost for the trip. Back home and in one piece. Thanks and see you again.
