How is it the help can stare at a screen, minute after minute & not even bother to say, 'give me a few minutes' .... guess I'll go back to shopping online. I would have kept waiting if it weren't for a bad back. I feel bad for the owner that this is the best help he can get.

I wish i can give less than one star. These people are scam. They don't honor any of the prices on the website and claim they are independent. Scam Scam ScamEditCorporate reached out to me and set things right. They do in fact have to honour the price as per their contract and i was told they will ship out product i ordered on the website

People at this NAPA are always helpful and I have always been able to get what I need there. In some ways, it can be like a community shop, people working on their cars doing minor repairs in the parking lot and the NAPA guys coming out and giving tips to the young 'uns. If you have AAA, you get a discount on your supplies.

Rude inconsiderate sales staff. Drove over 100 miles to get a part when I asked to use the restroom I was told in a condescending manner that they did not have a public restroom. Have never experienced that in any other Napa. I understand not letting non customers use it but I was a paying customer. I will surely shop somewhere else the next time I come to Kalispell.
