Collin Deeble at MTS in downtown Eureka always takes care of our computer needs. He's a kind teacher as well. I was low on cash, and had a hard time trying to figure out why my computer wasn't running. Called all around Kalispell to see the most reliable and cheapest service that could fix my pc and Montana technical solutions gave me the best quote. Went into there and had a nice conversation with the man fixing my pc. He was quick, observant, and very friendly. I would recommend this buisness to absolutely anyone and everyone if you are having technical issues with whatever device you have. Thank you Montana Technical Solutions!

I've been a computer enthusiast and have been building custom PCs since before I was 10. There are eventually issues you run into with hardware that is next to impossible to figure out without help of additional components. On a Saturday, I went down to MTS, hoping I could get help with a new build where the GPU wasn't showing up. Given the fact it worked in the computer I had to tear apart to build the new one, I figured it was something else, but couldn't isolate it due to the work involved in swapping over 6 or so parts between builds.Luckily for me, Clayton was there and was willing to help me out. After being told he didnt have a motherboard I could put the GPU in to check, he advised to bring the system down. About an hour later, I was back with 30 min before closing. We were able to use a very basic GPU to see the issue still being present. Clayton reset my CMOS and the PCI slot was populated with display from the test GPU. He put mine in and the same result, so all was well.The amount of relief to know you didnt somehow brick something that would be around $1000 to replace is a great feeling. So great, in fact, when I left (after closing) I left something there.The same issue came back soon after, telling me the new motherboard I had purchased was the actual culprit (which i suspected due to some RAM timing issues as well, but couldn't isolate before); however, to return it for a replacement, I needed something I had left at MTS.On Monday I returned and Clayton was there again and pointed me right to where I had left the anti-static bag for shipping. Coming at this from a different angle, it was great to have another head to bounce ideas off of, speak tech all while having a cool and calm head.I really hope nothing I bought breaks, but if it does, I have full confidence in entrusting my PC here. I have been to other places before that seemed scared to work on a custom PC even after telling them the component I was pretty sure was at fault, but needed testing for. Grateful is watering down the thanks I have for being able to have something looked at in not months, but minutes for at least the initial diagnosis.

Just had a wonderful experience in a crunch time situation. I called Todd and he and his staff went above and beyond to complete my problem in an amazingly fast and competent fashion. Todd and his talented team have provided invaluable services to my home and business for many years. They took over for another technician that installed a new network that was nothing but trouble from the beginning. They fixed the problem without having to purchase new expensive equipment, and have kept me up and running trouble free ever since. I've been doing business since at least 2010 with Todd and his team. They are a great group to work with offering great pricing, great service, and my favorite part is great communication. Business over the years have included PC's, Servers, Laptops, Surveillance Cameras, and Access Control. Todd is also great on follow up and making sure the jobs are done to 100% satisfaction!

I’ve had 2 wonderful experiences with MTS. First I needed a new hard drive in my laptop. Walked out of the store in just under an hour with a working computer and an upgrade to windows 10. Staff member was fast, friendly, and courteous. My wife also won a computer from MTS. Nice computer with a great set up, has run flawlessly.
