Just had Lance drop off some merchandise for us. He was very friendly and professional. We had some hiccups with our ability to lift the merchandise and he went above and beyond to help with a solution.

The crew was prompt, professional, and hard working. They stayed busy the whole time. No cell phone or cigarette breaks. My items arrive in perfect shape and my house stayed clean the whole time. Their manager actually stopped in and checked on things. She called and kept in contact to make sure things were going well and crew was working hard. All in all a super easy experience!!!

Will and Brian represented Mesa Moving And Storage as they delivered an outdoor sectional I purchased from PB. Communication to schedule delivery was excellent. They arrived promptly within the ETA following a courtesy call. Will eagerly followed my instructions for the placement of the sectional and even ensured I was happy with its final placement. Furthermore, when my husband asked Will about a component on the sectional, though he had no hardware instructions, he took the time to problem solve its purpose then demonstrated to us. Will and Brian were very personable and friendly. Theirs was a five star service.

We had pipes break in one of our workrooms. Mesa Moving came out ASAP and helped us pack up our items and then stored them for us. After the room renovations were complete, they returned the items. They were kind and professional. Every part of this experience with Mesa was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us in a desperate situation. Thank you Mesa Moving!!

The guys who came to do the move were pleasant, hard-working, and willing to listen and get it right the first time. We enjoyed their energy, and also that we didn't have to lug those two pianos. Everything got into the house, put together, and was operational before they left. We gave them a good tip because they whole-heartedly deserved it.

I had the pleasure of working directly with Devin & Will during a furniture delivery through Mesa. From the get-go, the administrative team helped give me an estimated timeframe for their arrival so I didn't have to wait around all day for a random delivery time. Devin & Will had to move some heavy pieces and navigate getting a couch down a tight stairwell. They worked professionally as a team and were very polite and kind to me during our encounter. They even took extra steps to communicate with their administrative team when we learned that the furniture company messed up the order. I hope to get to work with both of them next time I have a delivery from Mesa!
