“I lived in Montana a couple of years ago and was gifted a mug that had great sentimental value to me. I live in Utah now, and sadly I broke the mug. When I called inquiring, they were very kind and helpful in ensuring the mug they carried was indeed the same one I broke, and went through the trouble to ship it to me!
