First time here! Great service and one of the most thorough evaluations for my car I’ve ever had. The report and suggestions for other items the mechanic noted while doing my requested services were phoned to me and followed up with a great, written report texted to me. The service tech explained everything in detail. He even gave me information and suggestions about planning other repairs! The report suggested several future repairs I could consider and pricing.
The car was neat and clean when I picked it up. The price was very reasonable for the services performed. I’ll definitely use Lore’s for my next repair or preventative maintenance! I highly recommend this shop for their thoroughness, professionalism and price!

Called for a quote, lady at front desk told me I needed to bring my car in for an entire day for a quote. Next place I called said they could get it done in half an hour. Poor scheduling and no respect for the customers personal life.

I had worked with a different European car mechanic locally & didn’t have the greatest experience. When I needed work done again, I went to Loren’s & was very happy with the customer service I received & the work that was done. They’re organized. stay in contact throughout the process and communicate well about everything. I’ll definitely continue to use them.

Loren's has a reputation for being very "friendly" and "helpful," but I want to let you know in very clear terms that they are NOT. Specifically, I just spoke to Kailey at the front desk about having my 2005 BMW transmission repaired. I asked her if I could chat with a specialist to discuss repair costs. She refused to put me on the phone with any of their service techs for a quick conversation. To be fair, it sounds like they were busy. But then Kailey just said "We don't repair - we'd have to replace the entire transmission - and we can't estimate cost unless we see it." Wow. Sounds like Kailey is not only the desk manager, but just promoted herself to transmission specialist! I explained I would need to have the BMW towed to the shop so am gathering information/quotes trying to get an idea of what I am potentially spending. I said: "If you are not willing to repair the clutch or pinion parts and just insist on replacing the entire transmission, that clearly has a pretty fixed cost. So what is that?" Again, Kailey refused to answer. Then I inquired if Loren's outsources this kind of thing or if they order used parts from a supplier to keep costs lower? Kailey just HUNG UP ON ME! Apparently she's not qualified to be a transmission specialist afterall! So I called right back - twice - and Kailey did not answer. Instead, she sent me to voicemail. BOTTOM LINE: If I was the owner of Loren's, I would fire Kailey for dealing with a customer in this way. Loren's is an auto shop. If you can't be transparent about your practices and costs, it's time to get into a different business - or at least train your staff to have manners when talking in technical terms about a job that potentially earns your business $10,000!! Hope this helps you decide if Loren's is a "trustworthy" shop.

This shop is truly exceptional - I would give them 6 stars if I could! The service here is outstanding, with a friendly and attentive staff who make you feel valued and ensure that all your needs are met. The technicians are true experts in their field and took care of my overheating car issue immediately, even providing me a vehicle to use so I could pick up my son. They went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation without any hesitation. I will definitely be returning for all of my future automotive service needs. Highly recommended!

Chad might be the best support we have ever received for mechanical needs. Truly an answer to prayers. He made time for us when he didn’t have any and fixed our issue faster than I expected! Great value, good humans! While waiting, I witnessed another employee of Loren’s express so much care and concern for the well-being of a customer, that he made sure she had another vehicle to drive for her family’s safety and her vehicle’s well-being. They value their customers and treat everyone with humble humanity.

Car has a shaking in the back when driving above 50, needed this addressed. Was told there was nothing found, I called and Matt answered the phone. He said the time charged was because the mechanic needed to drive the car on different surfaces. I said this makes no sense and I dont think driving on gravel over 50 is very safe. He interrupted me several times with a hushing noise and told me I had no idea what I was talking about. He obviously has a problem with women, no customer service at all. If u let this beast out of his cage, he should be leashed, muzzled and kept away from the public.

Loren's found repair work that should have been done by our previous auto shop. Honest, completely transparent & knowledgeable. Enjoyable to work with. Would recommend Loren's for any auto work need.
Will continue to use them for both of our cars.
