Hands down the best body shop in the valley because of the Insanely kind employees! Very understanding, quick and they do great work. The paint on my van looks beautiful and I was kept up to date on the progress.

I'm not sure why there are two negative reviews. I had massive damage done to my vehicle and had it towed to Kelly's after my insurance company referred them. The repairs took nearly 3 months but Kim and Mike handled everything. Their communication was amazing and they even sent back a part for a new one because they weren't satisfied with the quality. My vehicle looks better then before the accident and runs better then when I took it off the lot. Thanks again Kim and Mike for everything!

I found a used pickup box to replace my damaged one. They remove my old box installed the new box, matched the pain to my pickup. I'm speaking from the point of view of a family that used to own a body shop. Great group of people that do great work! See their work in the attached pictures.

Literally the worst costumer service I have ever encountered. After a minor motor vehicle accident I had my vehicle towed here to be repaired. An estimate was done and we were told it would be two weeks before they could tear into it plus time to order parts. Because I had to get back to work and couldn't wait 2-4 weeks for my vehicle to be finished, I decided to switch shops. When we informed them we were changing shops, she suddenly got very rude and told us that we could not come get our vehicle as they were closed. The hours listed said they didn't close for 42 more minuets, so we said no we are coming to get our vehicle. She claimed she was the only person at the shop and nobody could get our vehicle out until Monday which was three days later, and that we would have to pay storage fees during that time. We drove to the business immediately and demanded our vehicle. Of course when we got there they were open and there were at least two people there working. Total lies from the employee. She was sweet as can be until we decided to change shops and then she had a horrible attitude, and glared at us from the door while we were waiting for the tow truck. I would strongly recommend not using this shop. They have embarrassing customer service skills, and from the other reviews I had read, chances are they may not do a good job on repairing or repainting your vehicle.

Over 2 years ago I backed into a boat and dented in my back door and it shattered the glass. They were able to give me a better estimate than their competitors, plus find a door very close to the one I had. They were honest with me that the coloring might not be the exact same (door they reused was red. My car is a light teal). However onc3 it was all said and done you can't tell the difference. Excellent staff, great service, honest and friendly.

I took my car in after hitting two deer and having previous damage. They rocked the repairs and worked with in my budget for damage not covered by insurance. I cannot recommend them enough.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work done at Kelly's Auto Body in Kalispell, MT. In mid June, I brought my 2012 Corvette Grand Sport to have repairs done, including an inner fender and outer fender to be installed and color matched to the existing Supersonic Blue. The corvette was complete after July 4th weekend. When I pulled up the car was sitting outside, as soon as I got out to inspect I could tell the color match was off. he alignment of the panels was OK, not perfect, but could have been worse. I went inside to talk to the front desk about it. She came out and was immediately defensive and gave me every excuse in the book, treating me like I had no clue. I understand the different material types take color differently showing a shade off. I also understand that angles and weather can affect the shading. What I don't understand is why a business would argue with a customer about it, especially when you can see the "blend" line across the hood, which indicates the paint was not mixed or sprayed correctly. If this was an old beater, I probably wouldn't have written this review. However, it is not an old beater and is very nice car, so hear I am. I would not take another vehicle to Kelly's Auto Body again.
