We had a 4 wheel alignment, oil change and wheel swap. All the work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. Great dealership for service. The service manager, Andrea, is professioal and customer friendly.

I had a chip in my windshield and glove glass guy at the VW in Kalispell repaired it to where it won’t splinter out and I can barely tell it is there anymore. The chip is on the driver’s side, so it was pretty noticeable.

Took my truck in for detailing and they did an outstanding job. Great service and great people; I will be back. Took my truck back for detailing a second time.Unbelievable job looks better than new. Cal is great to work with, I really enjoyed talking with him. He's put together an awsome crew of professionals. If you go there you won't be disappointed.

They did Nothing to my car, Told me they did Nothing, so they would Only charge me one hour of shop time. Which was "Only" $193. Like I am made out of money, and it's No Big Deal for me to drop $200 on them doing Nothing. The first time I took it there, they didn't do what I asked, then when they were done and what I asked for became a problem, they told me it should have been done. I agree, because it's what I asked for to Begin with, now they are try to get $3,000 More out of me, to do Exactly what I brought it in for in December. It's almost May. I will never bring a car there again, unless they want to fix their screw up for no charge. Then I'd gladly remove this, but not one $ or moment sooner.

The service at VW Kalispell was great! I was visiting from out of town and my AC was broken. They took the time to diagnose the issue and were willing to go above and beyond to fix.

I came in for a windshield replacement and the parts and service person came right out when I arrived for inspection and he was nice and courteous. When my windshield arrived they got me in and replaced in right away and I was completely satisfied with the whole experience from Start to finish. Thank you Volkswagen service dept.!.
