I hate leaving this review. Ive shopped here for years. Good will needs to change its name to greedy will. They want the same price for there donated junk as brand new. I looked at there vacuums no attachments and used 80 dollars. Wow I won't be back I can go to Walmart and get a brand new one with attatments for less 60 dollars same vacuum. It's actually what I did. The other complaint is they will not let you try on clothes and when you return them with receipts and tags they give you in store credit with 20% off what you originally paid. As for me and my family we will not be back.

We are from out of town and my husband knows that goodwilling in different states is my favorite! While there, my husband lost his ID and credit card.... he was already impatient with my wandering aimlessly around the store. But now that he lost important items (to fly home!) He was loosing it! One of the employees Terry, found my husband's items and turned them in to the front. ? Terry, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

So sad to give this review. My kids and I have loved shopping at Good Will over the years but will not be shopping here any longer.
I went in to purchase a cart load of clothes only to find out the fitting rooms are close. I asked about this and the worker, in a snappy, very snotty, unprofessional manner and tone, suggesting I was part of the problem, informed me that it’s because people are stealing and doing drugs.
I picked out the handful of items in my cart that I didn’t need to try on, leaving the rest. I told her I wouldn’t be able to purchase these after all then and that this it was a very sad situation, and that I wouldn’t be coming back to this store. Again she spouted off about people stealing and doing drugs. I mentioned that all other clothing stores have the same issue and don’t close down their fitting rooms. She said, oh yes, all other stores’ fitting rooms are closed too. I told her that is absolutely not true, as I shop often and use fitting rooms all the time. I said, in fact this is the only store I’ve ever been in where the fitting rooms were closed. She got snotty with me again, tossed my items in a bag, turned her back to me, and totally ignored me. I put my things away, grabbed my bag and, politely and kindly, told her thank you and to have a nice day. She ignored me.

Store was clean, well organized, customer service was superb! Many items are pricey. The glass baking pans are nearly the same or more than new glass bakeware. In my opinion, there is deceptive pricing. The tags can be misleading -red, blue, yellow, etc. the yellow use to be be 50% or 75% for clearance items. I do not remember. The yellow tags have the letters forming the word “clearance” with a price on that same tag. This can lead to consumer misinformation. With the word clearance, there should be the original price and the markdown price. There should be specificity of the meaning of the other colored tags. In each department there are at least three colors and other departments have four colors. Green, blue, red yellow. Each colored tag had a percentage off, except the green tag - if I remember correctly; the full price was charged with an attached green tag.

I used to love shopping at the store to get good deals for my kids, but man their prices have just gone through the roof. Most of the time I can find things on sale or clearance brand new at the stores for cheaper than they have here. It’s unfortunate that the point of a thrift store should be to provide people an opportunity to buy things at a lower price who maybe can’t afford to buy new and yet at this point it’s not even worth it to buy used. ?

Today 5/6/24 my daughter-in-law was accused of “stuffing her purse”. She was not stopped in the store but rather taken pictures of as we were leaving. I walked back in the store to ask what the pictures were about, a worker said it was because they noticed my daughter-in-law was stuffing her purse. I’m gonna cut right to it and let you know my DIL is an experienced RN at Logan Health, She makes considerable donations to this particular Goodwill. Believe me she does not “do goodwill”, we all know what a experienced RN makes annually. Also my DIL is black. And that’s where I think the problem with this store lies- prejudice, racism and presumption. How dare they assume she stole. I will never return to this store and will make sure everyone knows how she was targeted simply due to her skin color. It’s 2024 people!!

April, 2024: quart and larger canning jars still priced 75¢ to $1.75 MORE than new canning jars. Spoke to assistant manager and she stated that this was their new price point. I guess their new "price point" is MORE expensive than brand new!
March, 2024: This Goodwill has lost it's mind. It charges $1-2 more per canning jar than the brand new price for jars! No wonder they are getting a fine collection of them; they are collecting on their shelf because most of us buy used to get a cheaper price, not more expensive than brand new! To the pricers who clearly don't buy new canning jars, a fair price is $1 each! Happy shelving. ????

Might as well save yourself the trip and go to Ross or TJ Maxx instead. The prices are absolutely out of control here and they’re often asking the same price that you can pay for brand new elsewhere. Example: 29.99 for dirty worn adult converse ? Something like that should literally be $5 at most at goodwill.

This store is overpriced. I made a trip to see if they had any storage solutions. They did not have many options. On top of that, an employee approached me, telling me to leave my backpack purse at the front. She was not kind about it and needed a lesson in communication. Why should i trust her or anyone else working there with my wallet and personal info? Maybe they approached me because of the eczema on my skin, potentially profiling me as a drug addict. I am not certain. but it was humiliating.

Stopped here last fall while camping in the area. Found what we were looking for- a little higher priced, but clean and well-run store.

I don't know who is pricing their (used) shoes but $17.99 for a pair of CHILDRENS stained Converse shoes is quite ridiculous- people donate trying to help people & at that price you might as well go to Ross & buy new for pretty much the same price ($19.99)

Man I use to spend lots of money here, but the greed is evident. Might as well just go to Walmart. They have the same junk only new and for basically the same price. Shame on you goodwill. People use to be able to come here and save some money. Not anymore. Shameful
