Was told I could sign papers in 10 to 15 min. Actually took 30 min. And still wasn't ready to sign. Had to leave and come back next day. Just over estimate time. Don't under estimate. I wouldn't have come in at all and waited for next day. Other than that they are wonderful.

Came in with a minor oil leak, wanting an oil change. Service parked my car for pickup with a 15ft stream of oil under my truck. Cracked my oil pan and refused to give me any compensation or a refund for the service. The director was rude and had no manners, and walked away from my multiple times while I was trying to talk to him. A mechanic Bryce, with a necklace had a terrible attitude. Very terrible visit, never going there again.

If you want to know how to use and do everything in your new vehicle; this is the place to go!! The salesman I had showed and explained everything on the truck before we even test drove it. I have never had a salesman or anyone do anything close to that before. They were not only knowledgeable about the vehicle but they were super friendly as well. We did not feel pushed into buying the truck or anything else. Very easy process and they took the stress of replacing my totaled car right off my shoulders. I will definitely return when the time comes!!!

If I could do zero stars I would, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Service center never calls you when your vehicle is done and makes you feel like an inconvenience for even asking. Sales people are nice but then they bring in the manager and they try to strong arm you into signing the paperwork. They had to replace my transmission under warranty, they failed two times to bleed my clutch after two weeks of trying. I gave up and took the car home and bled it in ten min. The parts department gets the job done but are far from friendly. I never right reviews but I couldn’t not warn people about this place.

An amazing experience with Skylar. I went in not knowing what I was looking for, I originally looked at a used vehicle and after test driving it I couldn't decide if it was right. He was able to find a brand new Explorer that fit my budget and needs. He was never pushy or felt like a "car salesman". I appreciated his candor and the fact that he was ok if I even walked away altogether, he could definitely sense my anxiety over a big change.
I would recommend him to anyone
