The customer service I received from Jeremy Collins was TOP NOTCH! I wish I could only do business with him when it came to vehicle maintenance. Give this guy a raise, because he deserves it!As far as my oil change went, that was probably the fastest appointment I’ve ever had! I was there maybe 40 minutes.

We have had our cars oil service done here for the last few years. Always friendly staff. I would like to see 2 choices of service. Right now they offer just the Works which includes a tire rotation which I don't use and don't receive a discount for not having it done. I would like to see a basic service for a better rate.

Jeremy Work and Jordan Fear were outstanding representatives of Kalispell Ford. they both worked with me to not only find the right truck but also get the add-ons most useful to me. My experience buying a vehicle at Kalispell Ford was like none other ever. No pressure, answers to all the questions AND an incredibly streamlined process. 10 stars for sure.

Made an appointment to have 4 new, studded winter tires put on the car I purchased from them about 2 weeks prior. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete the job which seemed a bit long and I had to ask how much longer it would take, only to find out it was done and the person who was supposed to let me know was on a phone call.Other than that, the waiting room is very good, there is a place to purchase snacks and they provide no charge snacks as well. The woman who did my final check out pointed out that I had some sort of "points" accumulated, I assume from the car purchase and it saved me $270.00 on my tire purchase. That was a very nice gesture on her part and helped take a big bite out of the wait time. All staff I came in contact with were very nice and helpful.

Fast service and managed to fit me in much sooner in their busy schedule. Provided me with courtesy rides at both drop off and pickup which is very helpful.

Once again I have absolutely no complaints about my experience with Kalispell Ford. The 4 wheel drive worked intermittently. Didn’t take them long to figure out why it was hit and miss and had it completed the same day. You just can’t beat that. My F250 has some years under her and things go out, but I’ve never taken it to them for the same issue twice. It’s done the first time and done right. No complaints.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I rarely write reviews but for this dealership they deserve 5 stars. True Montana hospitality. Brought my truck in for some warranty work and scheduled an oil change too. They found some other issues that would be covered under warranty as well. Got a ride to and from Whitefish with a lovely lady. I never expected this kind of service from a dealer. My experience at Kalispell Ford is always pleasant. I absolutely love my F-350 andJordan once again helped me get the accessories I wanted. He and the service crew got my new winch installed properly. They also took care of two warranty issues for me. Good folks over there at Kalispell Ford. I couldn’t be happier.

Making online reservation very easy, I arrived at fast lube and greeted promptly, they took my vehicle in at scheduled time, waited in a very nice waiting with a full espresso bar, very classy. My bronco done in less than an hour. 5stars service in comfort.Services: Vehicle safety inspection

My search began with Kalispell Ford website, easy to use and straightforward. When I found a vehicle of interest I clicked on test drive and shortly Lizzie called me and arranged a time. To be sure the time was still convenient Lizzie called the day of and we confirmed. The dealership is impressive and I was greeted at the door. Shortly Cory introduced himself and we walked out to the vehicle. We began with a look under the hood and progressed around all sides of the vehicle. This F-150 is used, but it was given care and attention by the dealership. Everything, even the engine was spotless. A few wear marks in the bed but Corey advised me they could apply a spray on liner if I so chose. We took off for a test drive and we covered twisty downhills, 60 mph straight aways and finished with a twisty uphill and bumpy straight country roads. All the while Corey answered my questions with an explanation that did not warrant a repeat. I'm a fussy old cuss, but I was impressed overall and here I am the day after just as pleased as the day of. Semper Fi !

I always get great service at Kalispell Ford. I went in without an appointment for a 65k mile service with oil change etc. I was able to work in the waiting area while I waited and was out within 2 hours ?Services: Tires

Super nice folks! I feel like some dealerships are pushy about selling you stuff while you wait for your rig, but everyone was super nice and just let you hang out. Plus the mini coffee shop made that early morning appt a breeze!

My alternator died in my car resulting in replacing it, the belt, pulleys, tensioner, etc...I'm so thankful Kalispell Ford was just a few miles away and I could be towed there. They don't provide towing services but that was ok. The service manager communicated the findings to me clearly and asked for approval before ordering parts and/or replacing the problem parts. She then gave me the quote, which ended up being a little bit lower I'm happy to say.Thank you Kalispell Ford service team.Services: Auto A/C recharge
