I went to get my car fixed up at Kalispell Alignment last Thursday. I needed a new switch for my driver side window, they had said they ordered the switch and it would be in Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and we give them a call and they say the part isn’t in yet. It is now Thursday with no call about any part or no call even letting us know why it’s been delayed. As well on top of that they told us they rotated and checked the tires, come to find out my tires were all very low and my driver side tire had a leak. Not the best customer service

I've been a shade tree mechanic for many years, rebuilding many cars and trucks. These guys are my go to shop. They know what they are doing. I take my cars and truck here for the things I can't do like alignments but I'd trust them to rebuild my motor if I couldn't do it. They're great and reasonably priced. Had an alignment today and they told me it looked good and didn't need an alignment. Many shops would have just charged me for the alignment and sent me on my way. I didn't get off Scott free but the service fee was minimal and well worth the peace of mind.

I called to check price and availability for alignment and to check brakes. They had available spot the same day for alignment and check brakes. Their price for alignment was better than the competitors. Also, instead of doing the brakes or making an appointment for having the brakes done they told me what the percentage of life left and how much more driving I can do before brakes need to be replaced. Other places would just go head and change brakes even though it was not time yet. Integrity is so hard to find these days!

They checked my car out before I drove across country, 2000 miles each way. My power steering pump had a leak; after the repair I could turn my steering wheel so much easier! The noise my brakes were making was from dirt which they cleaned out. Jeff, Tammy and their team are reasonable and the best!

The guys at Kalispell Alignment were amazing!! They did a great job and had great customer service! They worked with my schedule as much as they could and were very helpful! And their services were priced affordable! Will be using them again! They have all kinds of services. Check them out for your car needs!

Quick, efficient service each time I've needed work done on a vehicle. Consistently been able to complete the work within their estimated time frame, but usually much sooner! Jeff is very pleasant to work with, and personally reached out to correct an error on my invoice after I had paid. Hard to imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else after the good experiences here!

Great service and kindness!
Yesterday, 2/28/24, I brought my car into Kalispell Alignment & Auto Repair for an oil change. After they did a routine check over the rest of the car, I got a call an hour or so later from Trevor where he very much recommended that I get the fluid changed for the rear transfer case box for the 2 rear wheels. The fluid s/b a clear gold color like olive oil, but Trevor said it was very dark almost black. He gave me a great clear explanation of what the transfer case does, what it is for, and how the fluid s/b changed every 30K miles or so.
The best part about this whole process, is that it was later in the day, but Trevor and the guys there did all that they could to make sure that my car was done for my by the end of the work day as well so I did not have to bring it back the next day.
Thanks so much to all of the hard working employees at Kalispell Alignment & Auto Repair for caring so much to make my life easier.
