I stepped in expecting one kind of store and my mind was blown at the variety, artistry and craftsmanship of these local artists. I could have spent over an hour here examining the different items. We purchased a beautiful thrown pottery mug, some magnets, some artisan cards, huckleberry preserves.”

“I have a sterling silver chain that I carry a small urn of my son around my neck. About a week ago the chain broke at the clasp and we are in Eureka for the summer. Needless to say, there are not alot of jewelers in Eureka, Montana. On a trip to Kalispell a week ago we dropped in to Jensens to see if my chain could be fixed. We were told by the amazing sales person, didn't catch her name, but she has personality PLUS! She said the master jeweler wasn't there, it was her day off, and would be back the next week. On our next trip to Kalispell I dropped in and fortunately the goldsmith, Lisa Darr was there. I explained to her what I needed and she said that she was very busy and it may take a few days. I guess the dejected look on my face said it all and she asked what the chain held. I told her it has my son's small urn on it and she immediately said, "give me 15 minutes and I'll fix it for you". Needless to say my face turned to a smile and sure enough 15 minutes later I had my chain back, completely fixed and shined to a bright silver. I cannot thank Lisa enough for her not just "customer service" but "human service"....I can't tell you how much I appreciate this....I will highly recommend Jensens jewelers for their phenomenal "human/customer service".....”

They are all so nice and helpful. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry and coins! Highly recommend.”
“My husband needed help to find the perfect anniversary present. They guided him very well. He got me the infinity necklace and I love it. The necklace itself is very dainty and will brake easily. That is the one dislike but easily remedied. If you decide to get a different chain make sure it will fit through the infinity piece. The hole is smaller than you think!”
