I have bought two machines from them over the years and I don’t know why I went back for a second one, but I will never go back to Jesco .They do not honor #Warranty work. They don’t even look it up. They just say no that’s not a warranty they’ll charge you even if it is warranty I had to go to an another dealer to get something warranty with less than 100 miles on the new machine. Their service is horrendous plan on waiting And having to reach out back to them to get anything done because they will not follow up with you their parts are Overpriced

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Jesco. And more specifically the service team. I have been working with them for several years. And every year, they continue to provide outstanding customer service as well as great knowledge and expertise.
For example, when we first bought our boat a few years ago, we ran into a few initial hiccups (at no fault of theirs) and they went to bat for us with the manufacturer to make sure our boat was protected and in top notch shape, at no extra cost to us.
And every year since then, they’ve been professional and knowledgeable about any issues or maintenance that we’ve needed. Not only servicing and maintaining our boat but also providing advice regarding how we can best use it.
In my opinion, when buying a boat, atv, etc. you want to buy from a company that is going to take care of you over the long haul. And Jesco has done exactly that for us. They are great partners, and we will continue to buy future products from them as well as lean on them to keep us outside and on the water!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Jesco Auto Sports in Kalispell, Montana, that truly deserves a shout-out. While enjoying a ride on the Rails to Trails path, I encountered the unfortunate mishap of a flat tire. With no CO2 to refill the new tube, I found myself stranded. Seeking some shade while waiting for a ride, I wheeled my bike over to Jesco Auto Sports.
Without even asking, Tucker from the sales team noticed my predicament and offered his help. His approach was not only friendly but incredibly generous—he fixed my tire free of charge! Thanks to Tucker, I was back on the trail in no time. It's this kind of unsolicited kindness and excellent service that makes a place stand out.

How many times I’ve been in here and they don’t have basic sled parts in stock or won’t work on oem parts or give you a two week estimate for service when there is literally nothing going on in their shop. This place is only good for buying e-tec oil and if there was another place to go for that I would.

Take two minutes and call me about the service that was performed. You were going to talk to the technician to find our what was done because nothing was on the maintenence receipt I recieved.. You were going to call me weren't you?
