Tina did a good job cutting my hair. I have very short hair, so I thought it might be less expensive, but it was still $50. She also does waxing. I would have liked her to clean up some of the missed eyebrow hairs after she waxed them, but that wasn't enough to rate the place lower. Tina was a bit stand-offish when I first arrived,but she warmed up, and she was easy to talk to.

Tina did a great job! Super quick and nailed the color which most people never can hide the warm in my hair. She did perfectly!

Paytton has coloured my hair & she did the best job. I just showed her a picture of what low lights & high lights I wanted & she did exactly what I was hoping. Sadly she doesn’t work there anymore. But I would 100% recommend her!

I've shopped at the Kalispell JCPenney for nearly 30 years and have always been impressed with the customer service. Lately, however, I've been very disappointed over the rude treatment I've tolerated from one particular cashier. In my first encounter with her, she refused to apply a discount coupon toward an item I paid with a gift card. She stated that I couldn't use both. I called a manager later who confirmed that the cashier was indeed mistaken. Her attitude on subsequent shopping visits has been snarky. I recently endured another unpleasant experience with her when she flat out told me I couldn't use my $10 coupon on the items I wanted to buy. Turns out again she was mistaken. And the items were on sale but she argued with me that they weren't. This cashier needs some serious customer service training or perhaps should be moved to a position where she isn't dealing with the public. I dread seeing her when I shop.

If you can get them to answer the phone then maybe. I feel like a shortage of staff is the overall problem.

Not happy with a racist shirt sold for babies. This is why our country is divided. This outfit could have said & cute! But they chose to sell a color of a person. Not acceptable! Very disappointed as I have been spending an average of 400.00 a month at this store. Not any longer. Disappointed

Paytton does an excellent job and is very gentle and attentive to her customers. I appreciate the fact that she writes things down and remembers preferences. I only wish it was a bit less expensive, I'd go more often!

Went in to buy a coffee maker that was on sale. The first clerk was very rude, so I just left without the coffee maker. I thought I would try one more time. Both people that waited on me could not figure out which pot was on sale. After about 10 minutes I left. Poor customer service.

It's unfortunate, i have shopped here since I was little but a cashier was so blatantly rude to me and she insulted me to another customer about a misunderstanding. So I will not be coming back, I have never been treated so badly by an employee before.

Wonderful staff... Stacy was wonderful in humoring me to cut my husband's hair for me the way I like it ..and best of all he left thrilled at how quick she was.. saying he'd be back !!
