Excellent work done by this auto body shop! Fender and mirror replaced (not door or bumper). Fair in price and beat any quote I got in Missoula. Worth the drive/trip to get the work done here at a privately owned local shop. Highly recommend Jance’s to anyone looking for work done out of pocket not going through insurance.

I've been compelled to share my experience with Jances body shop due to the fact I'm still finding issues with the work (or lack of) done to my '17 Tacoma they were paid ~$15k to fix. First, when I picked up my truck after they had it for 6 months (yes....6 mo) the work appeared to be done and I was looking forward to a nice detailed truck....there wasn't a detail job done, looked like they washed it maybe. Secondly my power interrupt switch that I installed under the hood to supply power to the rear of the truck wasn't rewired properly, so Jances passed the buck to Toyota and they couldn't figure it out even though they originally installed it, so myself and a nice guy from Napa figured it out. Thirdly they didn't rewire the short wave radio properly, so I redid that. Fourth my rear cab window needed to be replaced and they didn't even vacuum up the shattered glass from the accident, it was in the cab and the bed of the truck. Fifth, since they had to take off the canopy to get to the cab window, when they reinstalled the canopy I can see that the gasket that resides between the bed rail and the canopy is folded in several spots and now the canopy leaks, I'll need to redo that after the snow melts in the spring. Sixth, I readjusted my headlights so I'm not brighting everyone. And now seventh, my mud flap almost fell off today and I see that all but one of the screws are missing or were never installed correctly, so I'll need to buy more of those and probably spend more time checking and replacing the other three corners too. I don't like bitching and moaning but the lack of attention and ridiculous negligence of duty is absurd and people need to know this. My insurance paid north of $15k and they had my truck for right at 6 months and I was more than patient hoping they would do a great job....boy was I disappointed!

Jance and his crew were awesome the truck looks beautiful again I was very pleased with the service and the great will do attitude and I would definitely recommend this body shop and I will be bringing any rig that needs to be fixed back to Jance.

Jance’s is highly recommended. It felt like friends of the family were taking care of me. They were empathetic to our situation of having a Canadian vehicle going to battle with a montana deer and the deer won. They were swamped and it took some time but understandable. We are so grateful and they were patient with a foreign insurer and even threw in a new battery last minute to help me get on the road to Calgary. Jake was super helpful and we like the home town service.Services: Painting

Having done work with and for Jance’s Body Shop, they do excellent quality work. As a previous collision technician of 20 plus years I can confidently say that they do outstanding work whether you need bodywork or paint, the whole crew here is awesome to deal with and just a great local shop overall!

It took over 2 months to get in, but good companies are busy companies. With that said, they only had my F150 for 5 days to complete some pretty extensive work. It was hit by a friend of mine so we left insurance out of it. Jances was great about giving us options and their outcomes in order to make a good decision for the truck, and our wallet. They are busy for a reason, their service & quality of workmanship is superb! A business we hope we never need, but so grateful for them when we do. They only took a week to make all the repairs due to idiot backing into our car in parking lot & leaving no note. Jances pride in customer service continued with detail cleaning inside & out! Cleaner than we brought it in. Thank you much.
