My sales women Adrienne did an excellent job and really went the extra mile to sell me a mouse infested car. They fell short when it came to inspecting the vehicle as there was dead mice and bedding under the rear seats and engine bay! Not looking forward to see what else they missed in inspection. The process of buying the vehicle was slow - this was the business managers first sale. He was open with us about how they “shouldn’t let him be alone on his first sale” and how that was “against policy” many details were missed because of this and we had to go in multiple times to fix them as well as exchange many emails regarding. We canceled the extra insurance warranty the day after purchase - realizing we had one pulled over on us by a very pushy sales man named Robert. The payments still have not been adjusted - it’s coming up on 6 weeks now. The lienholder said it should have been sent over immediately since we canceled it so quickly and was concerned there was no movement. We called to speak to Robert multiple times to ensure the warranty is canceled and we will be refunded - the receptionists have taken messages ensuring us he would call “tomorrow” and we have not heard from him in two weeks. Super frustrated with the lack of organization and communication- they took our money gave us a mouse infested car and now want nothing to do with us. Classic. The reason I gave them two stars is for the lovely car sales women and the fact that they went down on the price ;) make sure you negotiate if you choose to buy a car from this dealership - they will come down on price.

I’m here to update my review as requested by the service manager Patrick. Patrick refused to preform a safety recall on my vehicle unless I took down my previous poor review. After doing some digging as to why I wasn’t receiving any physical mail or emails regarding my recall I discovered my address and email address were changed in their system. They changed both my email and mailing address by 1 number. Patrick confirmed they were changed back to the original and correct information. When I dropped my car off I asked Sarah to confirm my email and address again. It was still incorrect in their system. All I can think is they did not want me to get a survey from the manufacturer. So here I am leaving another 1 star review based on the service provided by the managers. I reached out to the GM Jeff a month ago and have received no response.

Loved how this dealership had diversity in its employees. Everyone that worked there was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Will be recommending to everyone I know definitely!

The service department has nice folks but the service manager (Patrick) is not the best. I had a 21 Palisade that came with some massive corrosion in a sensor connector. Patrick tried to claim that it was Ohs body shops fault as it had been in for a small repair and the connector was left unprotected in the Montana arid climate for 2 weeks! Bottom line is that it should have been a recall by Hyundai and Patrick would not stand up to defend his customer or have the dealer absorb the $150 dollar part. Patrick is a nice guy but for some reason he has no integrity and is a coward. Love the car but when you get poor service in the service department it will cost you a sale next time. I have already nixed 2 sales and plan to do more. My next Hyundai will most likely look like a Toyota/VW/Ford. Patrick Marrinan, Bigfork MT 406-871-1636

My husband and I both are extremely pleased with Clark Hyundai and highly recommend the dealership. David Turner, our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to purchase and very professional and friendly. We were also impressed by Matt and Felicia in finance. We had dealt with Robert Moncada a few months ago, who was then in finance, but now the sales manager. He is also a pleasure to do business with!We just can’t say enough wonderful things about Clark Hyundai or their vehicles! We are extremely pleased with both of our Hyundai vehicles! Don’t hesitate to give them a try!

Sarah and Kate and whatever the name of the dude in the back are the best in the west. We came basically strolled in after closing and they still patched our tire for us. Not only that it was fast and inexpensive. Love you guys so much thanks for keeping us on the road.

Today I got a new car! Thank u all to everyone who helped me do it! Traded in my beat up car 1500 down and they got me into a new one with small monthly payments that could fit my budget!!! They truly care down there. They help people and understand and make dreams come true! Mine did! Thank u guys so much for helping me get my new car! It's perfect!! Helping me into my fresh start! I was getting my oil changed and there was a elderly man having issues with his vehicle. Sara went out of her way to help him . The staff was courteous and empathetic. We need more businesses like this. Thank you

My Tucson just wasn’t running the same after its initial oil change, I gave up , just thinking this was how it was going to be. It was mentioned to Steve Barker the salesman who sold me the vehicle and he immediately put me in touch with Sarah Fauske in the Service Department, she was able to get me in right away and the Service Team fixed the problem, wonderful job, thank you. So very happy to have my car running the way it should. Thank you for your professionalism and outstanding Customer Service.

It was a quick process and our sales rep Emma was super helpful and responsive. We were also able to do the sale completely online—which was extremely convenient. We wouldn't have been able to get the truck otherwise. Highly recommend buying from Clark Hyundai!

I have called several times to cancel my extended warrenty and they refuse to take my call, and they promise to give me a call back and never do. They say they have great service but that's false. Their service sucks.
