“Locally owned supermarket and our favorite in the area. The Huckleberry store inside makes it even more worthwhile. The selection of meat is really good as is the bakery. Most of the bakery items are handmade on a daily basis. Some locally produced items are available and I highly recommend the Flathead Huckleberry soda. The produce section is also well-stocked and very attractive. Highly recommended.”

“You have really upped your game, Super 1. When I first moved here in 2012, Smith’s was our favorite grocery store. Not anymore! Your produce section, deli, and bakery are excellent!! “This is the best place in the valley to get items in bulk and reduce usage of disposable plastics. Their customer service is excellent. They allow and encourage reusable containers. I have on occasion run into some issues with their bulk goods and produce, but the staff have always listened and acted respectfully to make it right. (Edit: removed comment re: sometimes I did in the past encounter some less than fresh garlic, but that was a while ago, and since the last time I've only found the best garlic there)”

“recently stopped in at Smiths twice while on a hiking adventure in Glacier............ initial visit was for groceries and gas....... had i known what was going to be taking place , would have made note of the names of the 4 staff that were interacted with .... at the gas bar, the attendant was on a short break and we spoke briefly about the area and he was so helpful in his assistance....... off to buy groceries....... the young man when ringing in my groceries applied the discount code ( we are from out of state )which saved about 25.00 ..... this was very much appreciated... then off to Glacier for an incredible week of hiking...... back to Smiths on the way home... had been told there was a sani station available ( did not notice it on the way in the first time )spoke with the young lady at the service counter about the location for the sani station ..... she was in conversation with another customer and was telling us that she worked 2 jobs and described briefly what the other job was ( home care for her veteran husband ) .... listening to her talk was like talking with a good friend and made us each feel good about the day..... the last brief interaction was between 2 staff and you could not help but smile...... an older gentleman wearing a covid style mask, walked by a co-worker at a til and myscheviously tapped her on the shoulder and snuck away......... they both laughed at the time and i could not help but feel ............ Smith's is a great place to be employed and the staff............. they are so happy at work, which says a lot in this day and age............ will happily recommend Smiths to friends ............”

“KALISPELLS POPULATION has exploded. This Walmart was horribly,terribly overcrowded. Shoppers get enraged if they have to slow down or move their cart for another to get buy.You could feel the tension. Walmart needs another store here. It is just to crowded. It is just like the Kalispell DMV & Drivers License office. To do a Walk in to get a Driver's License is just not gonna happen.They tell you to go online and make an appointment. Appointments are made far out into the future. When the population dramatically increases hire more or build more.You can't keep going with the Status Quo.​”

“I LOVE this Walmart, go to Hutton Ranch Walmart every week and it is the same consistent GREAT customer service every time! Debbie is my all-time favorite, she has been there as long as I can remember, always a smile and super helpful. Robert, Alice, Jamie and many others have given great cs every time I am there. I use their curbside pickup which is super-fast and easy. Walmart has THE best prices in town, we are LUCKY to have Walmart, many towns are experiencing big box stores moving from their communities. No one is perfect, Walmart serves thousands of shoppers a day, our Kalispell MT store is clean, it is orderly and the staff is always very friendly and professional, their prices are great. Kalispell has grown by thousands and thousands of people in the last 3 years and Walmart never skipped a beat, neither did our grocery stores, salons, restaurants and I'm GRATEFUL we have Walmart here. Thank YOU, Walmart and all your great associates!”
