Bradlee Shepherd did an excellent job providing great service and he answered all our questions and concerns. Rick the GM was very attentive as welll. They both made sure my mom got the car she wanted and for the right price. Bradley was a trooper and handled the deal professionally and also handled my humor.

I hate giving bad reviews...Just hate it ? ?...
Bad service which is bummer I had such high hopes,with my warranty I'd run right to Nissan to get my sentra fixed...
Make a very long story short...After a 4 hour wait,and 2 canceled appointments
Later..leaving me driveon A bad axel..and I drive clients around, finally get a loaner..no calls, almost a month later they say your cars ready..one block down the road...same problem...
Called the manager..Guess what I still haven't been called back..
Lucky me....Thanks so.much

I was in a big time crunch to get out of my older Chevy and into a newer, reliable vehicle with an amazing warranty that gives me piece of mind. Kelsey held my hand through the entire process with enthusiasm, she made the deal smooth and I was in and out in just a couple of hours. With my new Rogue, this is now the 8th Nissan in my immediate family. I'm going to be so excited to use my heated steering wheel this winter! Thank you so much Kelsey, Felicia, and Robert for all your hard work for me!

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Clark Nissan’s service department. I initially brought my car in on June 24th with warranty paperwork. From the start, the communication was abysmal. I was told to bring in my warranty paperwork, but then I was informed that the person handling warranties was on vacation. I paid for the diagnostic and was sent back home with my car to wait for the person who handles warranties to return. Despite emailing and calling multiple times, I received no response.
When I finally managed to speak with this individual, he informed me that he is not the only person that could have handled my warranty and I shouldn't have had to wait for his return to work. I was also informed that it was not recommended to drive my vehicle with the issue it was having. But no one informed me of that upon the initial diagnostic.
I brought my car back in on July 2nd and was told the part would take 5 days to arrive. I asked about a loaner vehicle and was told they do not offer loaners. I figured the process would be delayed with the 4th of July holiday, so I waited over a week with no update from Clark Nissan before I called again. They informed me the part was on backorder and it would be another couple of weeks. I was told again they do not have a loaner vehicle or any rentals available.
I had a family reunion in Missoula planned that weekend and I pressed them more on the rental car.
I received a call back from their rental department and the lady I spoke with said they had “LOTS OF VEHICLES AVAILABLE”. when I told her my car had been in the shop the last 2 weeks she followed up with, “oh! Are you looking for a loaner” (literally after being told twice they don't do loaner vehicles)
When the loaner was finally provided, the poor communication continued. I was promised updates that never came.
Out of 8 messages I left with the front desk over the last 4 weeks, 0 were returned. The only call backs I ever received was one from the head service manager after I called to escalate my issue and one from the rental department. I never once received a call back from the service writer with an update on my vehicle.
Clark Nissan's inability to return messages, provide accurate information, and provide any updates left me extremely dissatisfied. They are lacking in basic customer service and I would not recommend their service based on this experience.

The service department never fails to let me down, I will not be taking my vehicle here anymore nor will I ever buy another vehicle here. I make appointments to get my oil changed here and they never get me in on time. I end up waiting hours sometimes which is ridiculous when you have an appointment. One time they even needed to give me a loaner vehicle for a week after doing routine maintenance on my vehicle where they dropped a camera and couldn’t retrieve it inside my vehicle. Never again.

The past few days Brad has taken care of my family and I can't thank him enough. He did everything he could to keep smiles on faces, and was beyond understanding. He went above and beyond the normal customer service and while some goals were reached and some weren't, one family member left with an awesome car, and another with a frown turned upside down and while she chose not to purchase at this time he did get her an amazing deal on a brand new car. She has chosen to work with him in the future if she changes her mind. Thank you Brad for having a food heart man. We appreciate it!
