A superb experience with Don of Bish’s RV Kalispell! We were having difficulties with our local dealer here in Calgary when trying to buy a brand new Imagine 2670MK and decided to look elsewhere. I called Bish’s and spoke with Don. We agreed a deal and were really happy with the service, buying process and outcome! Don catered to all our needs - including sorting out the Certificate of Origin and Recall Declaration that we would need to be able to import. We managed to forget to use our post-purchase discount voucher but we’ll be back in Kalispell next season. Perhaps we can use it then?We successfully imported our new Travel Trailer into Alberta, Canada from Montana, USA and had a fantastic few days post purchase in the Glacier Park area. A big thank you to Don, Andrew, Robert, Larry and Bailey for all your help. Very happy customers!

We went in not really knowing what we wanted. Robby in sales was very helpful in showing us some different options. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions. He was very straight forward with all the facts and didn't pressure us to buy anything the first day. Sam in parts was a great help for getting us set up with things for our new camper, was knowledgeable about what we need, as well was helping us find a part to sell the old camper. Mike in service went through everything thouroughly and made sure we knew what we needed to do before leaving the lot. He answered all of our questions so there was no confusion on what to do and was knowledgeable in all the tips and tricks to make camping go more smoothly. In conclusion, these gentlemen all went well above and beyond to make sure this experience was pleasant and easy for us. It was not a stressful buying process and we will continue to do business with them. We would recommend them to anybody looking to buy or upgrade.

We just purchased our first camper trailer from Bish's and the sales process was great; Mike took the time a couple weeks ago to show us what was available, explain all our options, then let us walk away without any pressure. When we saw just what we wanted pop up online Mike was right there to put the wheels in motion and get the deal done! Great walk-through from Joel as well. Thanks again guys.

We bought our 5th Wheel trailer from them. They were great to work with and we had no warranty items in our first year. I credit their prep. Just stopped in for some parts and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Bought an Alliance Paradigm 295MK.

Everyone we worked with at Bish's in Kalispell was great. It took us several visits to find a travel trailer we liked and each time we stopped in we met up with Conor in sales. He was patient as we looked over various rigs, pointing out features and answering questions. When we picked up the rig, Mike from the Service Department gave us a walk through, getting specific about the workings of the trailer. He too was patient and answered questions thoroughly all of which was helpful when we took our trailer on a three day "shakedown" trip.If you're looking for an RV be sure to stop in and see if Bish's has something that will work for you.

Overall experience has been good until we are trying to deal with a lemon we bought from Bish's. So much was wrong and has gone wrong that is not user error. The siding has ballooned out this will be for the 3rd time of "fixing" it. It needs new siding AGAIN.... New awning now instead of the one arm "fix" that made it worse along with a list of other things. We have asked for them to help make this right and we would even keep our business there and the "help" we were offered and "all they could do" was $5k more than trade in value.THIS IS IN NO WAY OUR FAULT OR DOING!!! Why are we stuck suffering the consequences of a crappy RV in the first place. This should be taken back. The camper is 14 months old and was In Their shop for 9 of it.If this is the "help" we get then this is not a business I want to keep supporting

Bish's RV is the best! I put the pin in one of my sway bars in front of the bar, and lost it on the highway. Stopped in to Bish's Kalispell, and they were able to get me a replacement bar so I could get back on the road! Nice work fellas!

I bought a new travel trailer at Bish's a couple of weeks ago. Everyone I spoke with who worked there was so very helpful! Bill showed us how everything worked in the trailer and answered any questions we had. Andrew made the sale process seamless. Jessica was very knowledgeable about the additional parts we'd need to ensure the best functionality for the trailer. I am very impressed and would highly recommend anyone and everyone to purchase their next camper there!

We bought a Bushwacker HD 10 Tear Drop pull trailer from Bishs in Kalispell. If anyone is considering purchasing an RV, I suggest asking for Don as your salesman. He was personable, listened to our requests, was thorough and an overall great guy. The team at Bishs strived to meet our requests, showed us everything about our camper, and treated us as welcomed guests. Everyone is very friendly and we left happy customers. Thank you Bishs.

Worst experience ever. So much pressure to buy additional warranties when purchasing. Terrible customer service and in the end, barely anything actually covered by additional warranties. Scheduled appointment for warranty work 5 months ago. Dropped off RV and 10 days later still have not looked at it or ordered the part that they know they’ll need.Absolutely zero respect for owners timeline and needs.Update: funny thing after getting a bad review 11 days after dropping it offI get a call from the service manager within 1 hour. He promised me that he personally would take a look at on Monday. I suggested to him to get the toilet ordered just as I did the first day I dropped it off. Monday came and went…. Finally I called him on Friday and he just took it apart and needed to order a replacement toilet ?He assured me that it would be in on Monday, and he himself would put it all together. Yesterday “Tuesday” I called and he told me that it just came in and he would get to it ASAP.I realize that these people simply work for this company…. But something needs to be done here. They certainly have time to sell them day and night, but they have no time to fix them. They sell you thousands and thousands of dollars worth of extra warranties to make sure you’re covered but cannot provide the service to fix said problems that happen almost immediately as you drive off the lot because they’re so cheaply made. I have never been so disgusted in a purchase that supposed to bring pleasure and fun for me and my family. It’s very disheartening. If anybody thinks that this is an isolated review, I suggest you keep reading because it is not isolated. I’m not sure how they even have the rating that they do because there are so many unsatisfied people. Not the story that they portray when selling you?

Let me just say. I am not new to purchasing recreational vehicles and equipment from Bish's RV in Kalispell, Montana. I have found the customer service and quality of customer service to be lacking, unpassionate and empathetic. Buyer BEWARE!!!! Let me explain. My husband and I purchased an Arctic Fox camper (2021) and J Feather Jayco trailer (2022) from Bish's. We decided that the camper was too small after we had it for a year. So we traded it in for the Jayco, April 2022. From this point this is where our dissatisfaction began. As we were going through the final inspection of the RV with the sales associate. All the doors on the camper were open for us to view and check it over. As we were leaving the lot we were handed the keys to the RV. The dealership and "us the buyers," were also aware of the problems with the electrical tower which enables us to charge cellular devices, would not descend into the cabinet and the table was also loose and needed repair. The dealership agreed we should bring it back later in the season for repairs. We were assuming this meant June. The trip home took my husband and I two and a half hours. Once home we discovered that the keys that were handed to us were not the keys to our unit. We immediately called Bish's and told them the keys were not the keys to our RV. We asked for them to send us the keys, and they said it would be too much of a hassle to locate the keys. To make matters worse they refused to send out a person from their company to assist, which shocked us greatly. The purchase of this RV was $42K. You would think that after a sizable purchase, which was their mistake would make good. Bish's, directed us to call a locksmith. Bish's said they would reimbursed us to have locks changed. So we complied, and called a locksmith. But after 8 hours, the locksmith was only able to open one door, with problems. There were three doors on this RV, and numerous hatches. We were getting nowhere with the locks. We continued to call Bish's to make an appointment to have these issues addressed and were continuously told that there were no service appointments available until November. The soonest we could get in was November 18, 2022, to address the keys, table and tower. Mind you the key we did have from the locksmith never could lock the RV, just unlock. Which was not feasible to travel with and secure our stuff, therefore we never used the RV. Not very safe. On November 18, my husband and I dropped the RV off for service at Bish's to finally get the needed repairs that should have been fixed ASAP once we purchased this RV. Something so little as to have the keys found, the cabinet tower replaced and the table to be fixed was taking months to have repaired. When I enquired in December, January, February and March I was always told the reason for the delay was COVID. Really??? Sadly time ran out for us as well as Bish's. My husband passed away at the end of February 2023. We never were able to use the RV as it sat in Bish's service lot waiting for repairs for 5 months and it never was repaired. On April 5, my daughter and I went to Bish's to inquire about selling the RV back to Bish's. Mind you it was still on their service lot and not repairs still... We never used the RV. At six months it sat in our garage, due to keys not being able to lock the RV. It sat another 5 months on Bish's lot waiting to get fixed. On April 1, I notified Bish's over the phone, my husband had passed and asked Bish's to quote me a price for a buy back since it was sitting on their lot not being used. Bish's quoted me $24K, which I was taken back by the low ball quote, was it because I told them I was a widow? It was never used, it sat on their lot. Since I had no need for the RV, reluctantly I agreed on the price. When I called the day before, to let them know I was coming to sign over the RV with my daughter on April 4.
