We purchased a go-tcha evolved for $49.99. When I got home I discovered that it would not charg. The next day we tried to return it, but they would accept the return even though they had sold us a defective product.

Service is hit or miss. One gentlemen working behind the counter was screaming across the store upset because their network was done apparently this weekend. My kids noticed this and found it disturbing so we left. It’s a bummer because they like being in there.

I called in the other day to replace my controller that I had a warranty on and the lady over the phone was quite pleasant and helpful giving me all the information I needed to be in and out quickly.Later on in the day I got to the store and it was, to put it simply, chaotic. Their internet was down and it was causing quite the issue. The main problem I had was when I entered I was informed their internet was down but not what that entailed, so I stood near the counter for about eleven minutes waiting to be allowed to replace my controller.The entire time one associate was operating one register (while also on the phone with the internet company) and the other two were just twirling their thumbs behind the counter. Not assisting the other clerk or any of the customers. I felt rather bad for the cashier as, who I assume to be the manager, stood there saying they knew the answer to the internet problem but did nothing to solve any issues.To add on top of this after the 10 minutes I stood there I was given an unpleasant look by the aforementioned supposed manager and told I could have checked out if I was ready to do so. The attitude given was to put it frankly very unpleasant and condescending. Also they didn't even offer to check me out, but instead dumped that responsibility on the associate who was: On the phone with the internet company, issuing another refund, and operating the other cash register.If I didn't have warranties through this location I would not return. However, c'est la vie. I hope these issues are resolved by the next time I go to this location and I can update this review.
