“I worked with Donni from the Kalispell Meridian branch, via phone, in order to switch two accounts to the KASASA option. She was very well versed in all the details of the accounts as well as how to switch them. Everything was taken care of in 30 minutes or less; having all of my questions answered completely, switching two accounts to KASASA, setting up online banking, verifying my phone number, choosing passwords, receiving documents via email to DocuSign, setting up, beneficiaries, etc. She made it a breeze and it was completely stress-free. What a great asset the Meridian branch has in Donni! She has a delightful British accent, too ?”

“Glacier Bank is a Regional Bank that has networks throughout the northwest. they have grown from kind of a local community bank to something much much bigger. it still maintains a friendly atmosphere with a trace of Hometown flavor but I would say they are very much a major corporation now. this particular location is usually really busy around noon and at the end of the business day but there is a nice night drop location on the side in case your there after hours and need to make a deposit”
“Glacier Bank is an amazing bank, I have been banking here for over a year, and always have a good things to say. The assistant manager at this branch will even reach out to you if you have any concerns which is fantastic. Sure they have problems like any other business, but I have been to worse banks than this one.”
“I'm sadden to see that people haven't had a good experience with the Evergreen branch. This is my favorite branch and everyone has always be super helpful and nice! I liked them so much I opened accounts there for my kids there. They can be short staffed (just like everyone else) but they do their best!”
