We recently worked with Ferguson on our home remodel. Cheryl was great! Yes, you need to make an appointment to sit down and get a project folder built on their site. It was awesome! I was able to shop from home and then reach out to Cheryl via email regarding my order. I highly recommend them and don't feel like you can't go in and browse before making an appointment. I did!

Four month after I order unsuccessfully I am trying to get my refunds ,But they don’t even want to answer my calls or emails or voicemails You can’t get in because of Covid and also you can’t get the appointment because they don’t answer my phone Horrible service

Good selection of high quality products, but they're under-staffed and always too busy to have walk-ins. Either they need to list "by appointment only" which is limiting and a sad business model, or they need to hire more staff to accommodate their clientele. I've walked in 3 different times, 3 different days, waited for nearly an hour, each time, before walking out to take my business elsewhere.

If there is anyway you can NOT use this supply house I would!!! We ordered a bathroom tub fixture from Ferguson's. We paid full retail price for it. We had terrible and to some degree a comical adventure in getting it. The people at the Kalispell location are either inept...or just don't care. A simple order that should have taken a week to 10 days took over 7 weeks. (Note the fixture was not on back order). We had to call and call and call...and you guessed it...call again. We finally got it and found out via our plumber that the wrong shower hose was ordered...another batch of phone calls and 10 days and the right hose arrived. No "I'm sorry"...no acknowledgment at all. There are other plumbing supply houses in the valley...I would suggest you use one of them!! Mark K. Whitefish, Mt.
