I recently ordered something from a new company (new for me) and I put my address in wrong. It was my fault and when it showed delivered yesterday, I thought I would never see it. THANKYOU THANKYOU to Fedex in Kalispell (and the gentleman in the white car) for correcting the address and delivering it to my door today. You went above and beyond. It is so very much appreciated. You do not want me to leave what I want to say. I have been a customer for 20 years....but no more. The website quoted me Fed Ex Ground...when I delivered to Fed ex Ground they said it was to big and had to go fed ex freight. Fed ex freight is much more in cost than what I was quoted as fed Ex Ground. Then they wanted to charge me $600 additional for lift and residential on both ends plus what they quoted me using those filters on line....so I decided to deliver to Fed Ex freight myself...call center said they were open until 6pm. I went to the dock at 2pm. No one there. They are not even staffed and no one is there except 7am to 10am....not 6pm like the call center said. Now my product arrived in Colorado on November 2 with deliver fifty miles from destination on November 4. As of November 6 they now say it is not determined status. What the hell...its lost. Never ever will I ship even a simple item through Fed Ex. Cant get people to respond and those that do have no clue what anyone does or when they are open.

Don't call here, it is managed out of Missoula call down there and schedule your appointment or pickup. This facility is all drivers trying to get stuff accomplished.I'm shocked even 1800GOFEDEX can't get this right... I hope it helps you on your search. I couldn't get anything done until I called FedEx freight in Missoula...

Beyond frustrated. Have called over 10 times in last few days, and can’t get ahold of anyone. No voicemail- very frustrating. Can’t talk to anyone with knowledge about correct tracking or pickup options.

Love shipping with FedEx but the Kalispell MT location will not pickup calls or offer an option to leave a voicemail. Extremely difficult to do business with a company that you are unable to get ahold of.

You won't get a reaction from this company. I Shipped a package 800 miles that weighed 80 pounds. the charge was supposed to be $135. After I picked up the package, they went into my bank account and took $1000 more, all without a word to me. all attempts by me to remedy this thievery has been met with lies and misinformation. I have no choice but go to Mont. Dept. of Justice and file a deceptive business complaint. Beware of this Company, they lie through their teeth. you will get no help from their customer service dept., even if they do decide to answer the phone. Don't pay with your debit card!!!!!!

This may be the first time i have been disappointed in a company without ever even speaking to them. I have attempted to call this FedEx Building 7 times in total today alone. I received no answer with no voicemail box available. I went as far as to speak to another FedEx Business in town and they attempted to transfer me to them and still they did not answer. How is anyone supposed to use their business and receive items without any form of contact?
