Jacob was just fantastic from beginning to end. No pressure. I drove 4 cars that day. Then left to check out 3 more. I was just so impressed with their whole team. I would definitely buy from them again!

I took my Honda Pilot in for a oil change and tire rotation when it was under Eisinger and noticed that my tires had indeed not been rotated as I had been charged for.Now they are Corwin so I decided to try them out again for an oil change and transmission flush, and I’m regretting that decision. A couple days after having the service done my car started leaking oil. I emailed and called the dealership with no response. I chalked it up as it will probably stop soon as it was just changed. Than I started smelling a burning smell. I took it into my mechanic I’ve used on my other cars and found out that the oil plug had as they said, “ barley been hand tightened” I had lost nearly a quart of oil. Not only did I pay Honda of Corwin to change my oil and transmission now I had to pay for their massive mistake.Needles to say I will not be going back there again for any work!

I recently had my snow tires mounted at Corwin Honda. After the service was completed and I had driven a handful of miles, I noticed an ominous sound while driving at highway speed. Upon further inspection, I discovered three lug nuts missing from one of my front tires! I promptly called Honda and was put in touch with Hayden, my service rep. He apologized for the incident and came over to replace and tighten the remaining lug nuts. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AFTER HAVING TIRES MOUNTED AT HONDA. My daughter's van also had a very loose tire after being serviced at Corwin Honda. Hayden stated that the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was new. I appreciated Hayden's honestly and prompt correction of this potentially dangerous situation, but my trust in Corwin is lacking. Les Mills in Whitefish was sued (and lost) a lawsuit involving incompetent tire service. I hope that Corwin takes my experience seriously and will be more vigilant in their service department. I had hoped for partial compensation for this faulty service which took several hours out of my day to rectify.

Working with Jake L. was wonderful from start to end! He reached out to me right away about ordering a new pilot and answered all of my questions quickly, either via phone and email. I greatly appreciated his time, patience and flexibility with the entire car buying process, as I did make a few changes throughout. Jake listened to me and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary items for my new pilot. Jake is dedicated to providing his customers with excellent service and he definitely exceeded my expectations.

They really try to screw you on your trade in so know what your vehicle is worth and don’t budge and they’ll come up to a fair price. The salesman Conner was overall great. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the night manager tried to offer me $15,000 below a fair trade in price which was frankly insulting.

Worst experience ever! I took my 2012 Civic in for an oil change. I was told the brake fluid was a little dirty, should be changed so I authorized a brake flush. Next I was told I needed to schedule an appointment for compliance bushings replacement, wheel alignment. I scheduled an appointment. When my car was ready I was not given a detailed invoice. Instead, service advisor Joe scribbled on Corwin Honda letterhead prepay $230 with no breakdown of the services rendered during the appointment. I asked multiple times for a detailed invoice. When I asked why I wasn't given a detailed invoice Joe said this is your invoice. I added I've never been given a prepay from a dealership. Joe advised we provide prepays all the time!I ended up getting a Repair Estimate that lists $72.32 for oil change; $136.76 for brake fluid flush= $209.08 so I was overcharged $20.92. I talked to the service manager, Dan who argued with me over another service I received over a year ago with Joe on the controversy of a transmission flush. Dan claimed I overpaid by a penny! Dan said he'd mail the detailed invoice, I'm still waiting.Meantime I took my Civic to an ethical mechanic who inspected the control arm, bushings as well as test drove my car. The verdict is the photo taken at Corwin was done at an angle after lifted making the rubber bushings appear more worn than they actually are. What shady characters! They were going to squeeze me for another $761 for a service that isn't needed right now. Highly disappointed over the sleazy experience.

Our sales rep Terran was fantastic. From the test drive to driving off the lot with our Honda Ridgeline he was helpful and kind. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle, and was quick to find out any information that he didn't know off the top of his head. We are loving our new vehicle and would definitely return to Corwin for future purchases.

Corwin was amazing! Our family was stranded from a vehicle breakdown when traveling and they took care of us after hours. Taylor stayed and made sure we were taken care of and we were able to get home with a great truck. Thank you guys so much!

We recently had an issue with a dead battery. We called Corwin Honda at 3:30 pm. We were advised that if we could make it by 4:00 pm they would try to determine the cause of the issue. The battery was found to be defective and it was only 11 months old. They replaced the battery at no charge since it was under warranty. We are from out of state and Corwin Honda's service was second to none.

Had a great experience with Jacob while buying my new Honda CR-V. They had to search the region for just what I wanted and they got it for me! Jacob kept me informed all along the process and never a bit of pressure. Would recommend you ask for Jacob when you shop at Corwin.

I had been researching various small trucks, trying to match my real needs with the best truck for me. We were out one day and stopped into Corwin Honda in Kalispell. I knew they had several RIdgeline trucks on the lot and wanted to see if that Gentleman's Truck might be a good match.We had been there only a few minutes when Terran came up introduced himself, asked about our needs, showed us the Ridgeline and then went for a test drive with us. We discovered , like us, that he is a military veteran and we shared stories only vets share. During the drive he was extremely informative about the truck, asking about us and our needs and answering any questions we had.When it was all said and done we decided on the RIdgeline RLE, but wanted it in red. Terran went to check on the availiabiity of a red RTLe and returned with the happy news that one was coming off the assembly line and would be delivered in about a week! We put down a deposit. Over the next several days Terran was superb at keeping us informed of progress with delivery of the truck.Once "Red Ridge" was delivered, he contacted us right away with a photo showing it in the showroom! And, he reassured us that it would not be sold to anyone but us!We came in to the store a few days later, did the requisite paperwork to complete the sale (which is always an ordeal), with gentle, no pressure, hand holding by Terran... When the time came he passed us off to Curt to complete the purchse and add on items. He too was easy to work with, honest and straight forward.It was so nice to work with Terran. He was easy to contact after leaving the store, readily returned calls and answered questions. We never felt pressured, he was always calm and reassuring. If he didn't know an answer he got the answer. He was respectful, and treated us as more than just more customers. which was important to us both. We have bought a number of cars over the years, and I was actually dreading the experience. But I have to say that the process this time around was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thanks in the most part to Terran.If we need another car in the future would we buy it from Corwin? Yes, and especially if we were lucky enough to land at Terran's desk again!Jeff and Michelle

I’d been looking for a car for a while and was having no luck anywhere else, especially being a first time lender. I messaged Corwin on their website letting them know I’d be coming in to look at some cars and they were very quick to respond and help out. Before I even got there Matt king went through everything I was looking for so when I arrived they’d have it all ready; I highly recommend him! He was very transparent and was willing to stay late to make sure we were able to find the car we love and that wouldn’t be hard on us financially. Matt was quick to respond when I had any questions. and worked with me to get the car to me as soon as possible, but also made sure everything was looked over and the car was spotless. We talked to curt about financing and he made it easy to understand and got us in and out nice and quick. I’m very very happy with my new car!!

I went in to test drive a 2016 4runner with the hopes of coming home with it. Jake was very helpful as it was my first time getting a new car. He was very patient explaining everything to me without just pushing me to buy it. Thank you again I love it!

Michael Boger was phenomenal, spent his time going over thoroughly my 21 Honda CR-V and giving me a detailed explanation on everything. Which means I feel safer and feel I bought the right car! I would highly recommend him at Corwin Honda Kalispell.
