They have MUCH better prices than Les Schwab where I've gone in the past. This is my first wheels and tires through Discount Tire, so far the experience has been excellent.

I needed my tires rotated and balanced, I called 3 other tire shops and was a 2+ hour wait so I called Discount Tire and they got me right in. After they finished I went to pay them and they didn't even charge me.. awesome experience, will be back again and definitely getting all my tire work/purchases from Discount Tire from now on.

I just would like to say thank you to Mike B. I came in very frustrated at 545 and the man took the time to listen, and respond in a way that made everything better. He turned a few not so great experiences into a very much better ending. I was ready to leave discount tire and that was a bummer because I have been so happy for many years. But mike turned that around and I will continue to be a customer for many more. Thank you very much for making this right. I appreciate it. Above and beyond. Good job Mike B.

So… I’m not from the states at all. I travelled to Kalispell for a bit, and plan on staying for quite some time, but my highway drive was scary. I couldn’t figure out why my tires were gliding while I was driving here. Low and behold, 2 bald tires! I stopped at this little shop, and holy cow are they FANTASTIC. I told my story, told them I’m not even from America, and need some help to get home when I do come home, and they were ON IT, and quite possibly gave me the best deal ever on Falken Wildpeak tires, they were in stock, they told me the full price with everything included, and no additional fees. Not to mention, the men working there were so great and highly respectful. I will continue to come and get my tires done, even though it’s a 5 hour drive - it was truly the best service

I have a great experience every time I go into to Discount Tire. This location is clearly managed very well. They always take great care of me, and have the best prices around. Highly recommend them for all your tire needs in the Valley.
