We've had some unique problems regarding our phones and service, and anytime we have been in the store, the customer service reps have tirelessly helped us find satisfying solutions. In duly impressed, and Cricket has my undying loyalty, which was grossly misplaced when i was a Verizon company. I'm so glad I switched to Cricket from Verizon. Their customer service is incomparable, and their helpfulness knows no bounds. And the icing on the cake? I'm spending far less for the same services! Thanks Cricket!

Workers are always pitching hard sales, they never have the phone I want in stock and can't give a definitive answer as to when they will. Store is clean though. Conveniently located as well. But you are better off just taking care of you our mobile needs online at cricket wireless. Com

Went from having the worse possible experience from our previous phone provider, to having the best possible experience from this cricket store! They went above and beyond to address any questions and concerns my wife and I had to even putting on our protectors for our phones. Wasn't expecting as great service as they provided. Thank you for all the help. We look forward to being customers to this wonderful place for years to come!

I spent $225 on a new phone was told at the time I had 7 days to return it. 2 days later the phone kept saying “no sim” or “invalid sim” went into cricket tested the SIM card and it turns out it was the phone. He said I couldn’t return it although I was told I had 7 days when I bought it. Cricket scammed me and the data sucks even unlimited.
