110% recommend services here. Jackson is wonderful as he helped us overcome a problem with my mom’s truck. We live out of town and Jackson helped us right away to ensure we were safe to travel home. Genuine caring guy, this guy deserves a raise!

I use Costco tire center for all of my tire needs. I have never been disappointed with them. They are always super busy (because they’re the best, in my opinion) and yet they are so efficient and kind. I don’t go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either.
EDIT: After reading some other reviews, I thought I should edit. I usually buy my tires online and have them shipped to the store and I make an appointment to have them installed on the website. If I have questions, I call them and try to get all my questions answered before my appointment so then I’m not blindsided when I get there. All in all 5 stars!

I explained to three different people during the special order process that my vehicle had a three inch level/lift. They said that was fine! Waited a MONTH to get in only for them to tell me they won't put them on because they're larger than the stock ones (the ones PRIOR to the lift). I found out TireRama is LESS expensive for the same tires that costco said were on sale and literally got me in tonight. Picking up my car in the morning. I will never be going to the Costco tire center again.

I had a tire problem and the outside air station would not inflate it. A tire center worker was walking by and noticed what was going, I think his name was Will, and had me pull over to the bays and took care of my issue. Very appreciate of the great employee!

I stopped in @730pm on a Friday in Kalispell. My tire had a nail and was leaking fast. The young guy who was outside helping someone else put air in their tires asked me to go the front desk and they can replace it for me. The guy at the front desk asked if I purchased the tires with them, I said no and he quickly turned me down. He said they have to get ready for closing and there's no way he's changing a tire right now. When I go back outside, the young guy was so apologetic that the other guy refused to help and he put air on my tire so that I make it home. Costco offers tire discount but this guy sure makes you feel unwelcome.

I have been a member since there was only one store in Kirkland. I have shopped in stores in numerous states over the years and have to say the management of the Kalispell store is an embarrassment. Several instances of rudeness from those ins charge of this store are unusual for this company. Just the latest instance. Enter the store with my card but before entering the line discovered that the card was nowhere to be found. I flagged down a so-called manager who tried to look up my name in their computer system. He claimed that I was not a member and would immediately have to leave the store!!!! What? I eventually made it to the membership desk where within 20 seconds they were able to find my membership. This is only the latest example of unacceptable management incompetence at this store.

KALISPELL COSTCO TIRE SHOPI was scheduled to have nitrogen put in 4 tires, my appointment was for 11 am on 2-9-22.I was on my way home to let the dogs out before my appointment when I stopped at the Costco tire center at 10 AM to verified my appointment for 11 am.The Costco tire shop employee told me they were not busy and could do it right away, I said ok. RIGHT AWAY to me to get started asap. This is a 15 minute job.I waited from 10 am to 11 am, I went and checked on my vehicle NOTHING WAS STARTED, a hour later!After waiting 10 minutes to find and speak to tire shop employee, I requested a status.I stated if they had not started I would like to reschedule, that person went out and immediately left the air out of the back two and refilled those two, what part of reschedule did SHE NOT understand.She went on to tell me they were short on employees, I understand staff shortages, I don’t have a issue with that COMMUNICATE that to the customer JUST DON’T leave them hanging for a hour, I would have rescheduled.I got my vehicle, left for home.I had a set of 4 tires ordered from Costco for one of my Silverados I have cancelled them.I reordered the exact tires from DT, CHEAPER better availability and professional service.When you walk into the DT you have a professional that waits on you immediately. I was in and out in 10 minute not waiting 10 minutes to find someone to wait on you!!

Waited three weeks for a free appointment. They refused to do seasonal changeout because my tires were new and not Costco. They blamed corporate. I believe them.

Bottom rung tire department. They'll scratch your rims and don't care. Even if you take pictures of them when you bring your vehicle in and show them the scratches they just made.

Love this store. They have the friendliest helpful employees that are always smiling. The store is always clean too which is a plus!
