The food here is GREAT. Portions are huge so I would recommend sharing. Kids menu is good too. They have a deli for take-out and the bar on the other side for dine-in. The Club Woody sandwich is great and huge.

Went to get sandwiches today and stood at the counter waiting to order while the ladies were helping others. I understand them being short staffed and the service being a bit slow but we waited quite awhile and meanwhile they had piles of sliced ham sitting out on the counter uncovered. We stood there watching flies crawl all over the counter and meat. They didn’t even try to cover it while they were busy doing other stuff. The ceiling was also covered in black flies. It was disgusting so we decided to go elsewhere and honestly, the health dept should probably check it out. We also watched as they microwaved burger patties instead of cooking them fresh. Not my idea of good, quality food so we won’t be back.

The employees could care less about their customers. I ordered deli sandwiches for a gathering and when I went in to pick them up the staff had mixed up the order with another customer order, and I was told "if you aren't happy, you don't have to come back." That is exactly what I will do. The only thing this place can't screw up is gas, and that's because you don't have to go inside to get their help.

Woody's is a little understaffed, but the ladys in there work hard, have wonderful attitudes, and k ow how to cook a good lunch! I love stopping in for lunch on my way into town.

This is one of the worst convenience stores I've ever seen in my life. They have a menu that says food made to order but that's not true. In fact when you place your order it doesn't come out anything like what you ordered. Try bringing your concerns to a couple of the women who work there and they'll just laugh in your face. there was a young man and young woman that rectified the situation very professionally and to my satisfaction and they genuinely cared. There's also numerous customers around the area here that have dealt with the owner Charlie and apparently his attitude is that he doesn't really give a darn about his customers. There have been people that have done business with him that he has tried to BS and rip off. So do yourself a favor and stay out of Woody's Country Store Highway 35 Kalispell.

Inflexible customer service. Especially to those who spend absorbent amounts of money there in each month. Super disappointed in tonight’s customer service and, it doesn’t seem to be the woman who was the cashier, but possibly those behind the scenes. I needed literally four more minutes to grab my wallet for a purchase that was around $40 and was told that I could have them. So, I go back four minutes later and guess what? Everything is shut down and the cashier politely explained to me that the owner said that everything needed to be shut down no matter what she had told customers just a few moments earlier. Now, I understand everyplace needs to plan and implement rules but, flexibility (especially with those customers that visit often) should be shown some flexibility and consideration when previously given other words.
