What sucks about this review is that it's not a good one, and it should be. I used to wash my car here a lot. It's a small wash with only one automatic bay, but it's touchless, has fun lighting, and the dryers are built into the touchless system where they move over your car to dry it instead of trying to figure out how many seconds to give each section of your car to drive through the stationary style, inching out of the wash under pressure from that little clock that's counting down way too fast!
The auto wash is often down, but that's not why I'll never go here again. One day the wash was busy and all bays were occupied. I wanted to vacuum my car then decide if I'd hand wash or not. There was a guy in a red truck that had been at the vacuum I wanted for a while already (I knew this because I had driven by earlier). I pull off to the side of the building, facing him, in order to wait my turn. There really wasn't room for me to pull behind him because of the line for the auto wash but I was out of the way so who cares. About 40 more minutes later, he's still there, all 4 truck doors still open! I kept thinking any minute he'd leave because what's left to do, right?
Next think I know, someone cop knocked on my driver side window, said something snotty about how I needed to leave and walked off so fast that I didn't even have a chance to roll my window down before he was out of hearing range from me.
Initially he scared me to death... and then I got pretty ruffled when I realized that the guy who unnecessarily banged on the window of my overpriced Acura and yelled something about me leaving, was either the owner or someone working for them. He didn't knock lightly or wave first to get my attention and maybe ask what I was doing, nor did he say one word to the guy who had been hogging the vacuum for over an hour. I later learned that the side of the building is also a bay for oversized trucks, but I never noticed that nor was there anyone behind me at any point.
Regardless, I don't care who you are, if you own a car wash, you have to know better than to put your hands on someone else's vehicle in anger. And you surely don't hatefully shoo someone away on assumption of wrong doing. As much as sometimes I want to wash my care there because it's right off the beaten path, I never will again. I advise that no one who values their vehicle go there because you don't know if the same thing will happen to you.
There's a little car wash next to Smiths with stellar owners and it's just as good, and cheaper. But super nice people.

Went to wash my fiancés car with the automated car wash and after I Paid for it it did not want to open the door, Called to let them know and no response, Lost $10. Will never use this wash again. Avoid this place if you actually want a clean car.

This car wash is a complete piece of junk. Only works half the time. Charges your card, then sends you out with an incomplete wash and your vehicle still covered with soap and water.
