I had my car serviced here. Sarah, my service advisor was great. Fast service at a reasonable price. While I was waiting I spoke to a salesperson who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely purchase a new car or have future service on my current one done here based on this experience. The only reason they did not get five stars was because it is next to impossible to speak to a live person when calling the dealership.

The service department has nice folks but the service manager (Patrick) is not the best. I had a 21 Palisade that came with some massive corrosion in a sensor connector. Patrick tried to claim that it was Ohs body shops fault as it had been in for a small repair and the connector was left unprotected in the Montana arid climate for 2 weeks! Bottom line is that it should have been a recall by Hyundai and Patrick would not stand up to defend his customer or have the dealer absorb the $150 dollar part. Patrick is a nice guy but for some reason he has no integrity and is a coward. Love the car but when you get poor service in the service department it will cost you a sale next time. I have already nixed 2 sales and plan to do more. My next Hyundai will most likely look like a Toyota/VW/Ford. Patrick Marrinan, Bigfork MT 406-871-1636

I have called several times to cancel my extended warrenty and they refuse to take my call, and they promise to give me a call back and never do. They say they have great service but that's false. Their service sucks.

Ryan in service is amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that not only was i satisfied with the repair to my car but he held my hand through the whole claim process with my insurance company. Incredible service!

They refused to do any of the repairs after they wasted my time in getting the estimates they asked for. I have not received the reimbursement of the late charge charge to me for their error. I had to call them to get my title hard telling how much longer it would have taken them if I hadn't have called they do terrible business they don't return your calls or emails. I have been posting on social media about them and their business people be aware.

I have a 1015 Sonata sport that had a valve cover leak at 50k miles failed to tell me that is not a warranty item and charged me 1k for the repair. On top of that I looked, and they snapped off two bolts on the underside of the engine and left the under skirt hanging. When I opened the hood now with a plastic bar as the hood doesnt pop up anymore with the lever. the intake manifold from the the filter to the intake was hanging. terrible mechanics without a care for anyone's car. Don't let the 100k full ya on warranty a valve head gasket is not warrantied so that is to say if your head gasket blows it is a wear item. Was a Hyundai Fan.

I can't give enough praise to the people at this dealership... We are out of state, but my husband ended up flying to their location to seal the deal and drive the car off the lot. This has LITERALLY been the best car buying experience of our life. My husband actually enjoyed himself! Brittlee was our salesman, and he was incredible. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He's one of the most pleasant salesmen that my husband has ever worked with. Thank you, Brittlee!! On the back end, we also worked with Robert. He was also very kind and professional, and answered any other finance/purchase questions that we had. We appreciate you, Robert! This dealership is a true gem. We purchased a 2023 Elantra Hybrid Limited, and hopefully we can get an Ioniq 5 from this location as well!

I had been looking for a Veloster N for 6 months. Every dealer near me in California either didn't have the configuration I was looking for, OR, was charging $7,000 to $15,000 above MSRP. One day I called up Clark Hyundai as I saw they had the exact spec I was looking for. A salesman by the name of Tanner picked up the phone, and the rest is history. These guys went above and beyond to make everything happen. They were patient, honest, transparent, and they took care of booking shipping for me. Finally, they didn't charge an insane markup like everyone else, but instead an asking price right next to MSRP. This is easily the best dealer experience I have ever had. Could not have asked for better service, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hats off to Clark Hyundai, they are legends. Special thanks to Tanner and Josh.

Contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle advertised on their site at $30,950. Was informed that when it arrived the price would be raised to $34,950 due to the popularity and scarcity of the model. The price switch happened during the course of the phone call. I understand dealer prep, and documentation fees but to raise the price from what is advertised by 14% because of popularity of the model? Just because they can! Show the price outright, don't switch it.

I have had wonderful experiences with Green Hyundai. Now that the transition to Clark Hyundai is complete, trying to access the service department is complete s&&t! I called 3 times, was transferred and retransferred 3 times each call. I still haven't reached a service representative. So much for valuing return customers! I'm disgusted
