Gail the store manager was prompt to get back with me notify me my battery was in and then help install my new battery. I sure appreciate their outstanding customer service, and the follow through. I highly recommend their services.

Nothing against the parts professionals who work here...they're great. I have an issue with the fact that I bought $200.00 worth of parts from this store, drove 60 miles, one way, just to find out that they are closed on Sunday due to short staffing. Maybe update the carquest website as well as Google maps with the information. I've now wasted 4 hours of my time and nearly half a tank of gas and because of the fact I already paid for the parts, I don't have the cash In my budget to buy the parts elsewhere. And addressing the short staffing problem....raise your prices, raise your wages, and your staffing problem will go away. Autozone has no problem staying open on Sunday, I'm just saying.

The employee's there were very helpful and knew all pros and cons regarding what I was purchasing. The store is clean The products they sell are in an easy to find spot that does always make sense! And on top of that they tend to be FAR LESS than their competitors. It was a very good experience and glad I stopped by there!!
