Tony my salesman was great. Overall I had a great experience. I would definitely do business with Captains Marine. I got a wonderful boat and their service department had me ready for the season. Everyone was great to deal with and professional.
Update: Captains Marine indeed did send me a gift card for gasoline. What a great shop!! Thank you very much. 5 stars.
Update: 158 hours on the Mako post purchase, motor had 267mi on it when I bought it. Everything still runs like a top. Electrical is still kicking fine, albeit the Minnkota Riptide needed a rebuild but that’s the risk of used electronics. Still a satisfied customer and when at the lake and needing rope or accessories they get my business.

I had an engine fuel issue, and leaned on captain Marine’s service crew to get me fixed soon enough for a family reunion. Jarrod Kramer got it in and out in two days, small problems taken care of. Excellence service department! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Captain's Marine, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and positive experience, even with a challenge.
Here's what truly stood out:
Friendly and Attentive Service: Even though Dusty was on a crutch, his kindness and attentiveness shone through.
Going the Extra Mile: Despite the potential limitations of not being able to get our boat to Captain's Marine Mike was very communicative and helped me trouble shoot via text. Their dedication to customer service never faltered. They truly embodied the spirit of going the extra mile.
Overall, Captain's Marine's exceptional service, particularly Dusty and Mike's positive attitude and helpfulness, made a very positive impression. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Flathead area!

Called and asked if they might have a prop that would fit my vintage boat. They sounded confident that they would find something to work….. drove all the way into town just to be treated like an idiot and told to go somewhere in cfalls (where I drove from) wasted our time. Would not recommend.

Captain's Marine did a great job with my recent new boat purchase. The owner and employees provided friendly, personalized, low-pressure sales that helped me get the boat I wanted.
Captain's Marine is the best local boat dealer I worked with by far and I recommend visiting them if you are in the market for a boat or just need service.

My Cobalt R8 had a steering linkage recall so Captain's was my local dealer authorized to make the repair. I reached out a couple months ago and set up an appointment for early spring. Mike, Jarrod and Dusty were great. Excellent communication throughout the whole process including the ordering of the part, arrival of the part and scheduling. Much to my delight, the repair only took a half day to complete so I was able to drop off and pick up on the same day. I will be taking my Cobalt to Captain's Marine in the future for maintenance, etc... and I highly recommend these guys!

Fantastic Marina! We have a 2006 four winns that needed a new engine- they took great care of us and got the boat running in tip top shape. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. If in torch area, central lake, Bellaire or intermediate lake- this is your shop!
