In my opinion there is only one place to get an infusion and it's Big Sky IV.The new location is modern and welcoming. The rooms have verrrrry comfy patient chairs (Thanks Dave!!!), electric fireplaces and privacy.The coordinators and billing departments are beyond helpful in navigating the many frustrations involved with insurance authorizations.Come in as a patient. Leave as a friend.Love you all!!!

Today was my first visit at Big Sky I.V. and the experience has been so easy and comfortable. The billing department went above and beyond to follow up with insurance and doctor referrals to ensure I had no stress at the time of appointment. Both nurse Kim and the pharmacist explained the process in depth and made the experience comfortable. So greatful for this team.

I work as a RN Coordinator to help my patients navigate the challenges of healthcare. Over four phone calls to coordinate a visit for my patient, the folks here are the most professional and courteous that I have ever dealt with in my career.
