This BBW in the Kalispell Center Mall has to be one of the prettiest BBWs I've seen. Do all of the stores have the blue and white gingham (from their packaging) framing the outside of the store? Do all stores have a mini/travel size selection of body products? Do all stores have a sizable selection of men's grooming items? I can't put my finger on what made this small location in this otherwise languishing mall so inviting and attractive but entering this store made me want to buy all of the things. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Huge selection. Great customer service. All merchandise is returnable if dissatisfied for ANY reason but I have been totally satisfied with EVERYTHING!

Every time my teenage Daughter goes into this particular store, she is treated as if she has a past larceny conviction. The same older woman who “guards” the entrance gives her the stink eye as she walks in and today as I watched, she literally came up to my daughter from behind and awkwardly and within a few feet of her attempted to look in her purse and her pockets which were covered by a cardigan. My daughter may be thirteen but she has personally spent hundreds in the store yet every visit made to feel like a petty thief. As we walked away today, the woman made it a point to walk out the store and stare her down until we walked out. I understand trying to curb product loss but if you drive away the honest and more importantly, money spending customers, you will quickly find yourself out of a job when the store is forced to close.

As with almost any location, I always meet people who truly or appear to truly love their jobs!! This was no different. I was looking slightly under dressed as it was not my intention to be entering public facilities on that outing and they had no problem helping me find the three last minute gifts I needed prior to leaving the city. Very polite employees. Even wnet above and beyond to help me try to get coupons. I've been on the mailing list for years, but still have yet to receive any... Company issue, not the stores fault! Keep rocking ladies, I appreciate the hospitality while browsing and buying!!
