Not only was the car l reserved not available 2 hours later, but the directions to the car given to us by the agent were so vague we had to return to ask again. It wasn’t fun wandering around a dark freezing cold car lot. We noticed another customer had to do the same thing. We were told one price but charged $50 more! They said we were late but we were actually 3 hours early returning it. Not using them again!

Vehicles aren’t clean. Windshield washer fluid likely isn’t full (terrible if you’re driving in snow/winter conditions and you run out quickly, away from a gas station). Also, they need to clean the inside of the windshields, or make cleaning materials available for customers. Staff is capable but not interested in doing anything more than the minimum.

Easy pick up, easy drop off, great vehicle, great price, no hidden fees or add on pressure, friendly staff and speedy service. What more could you ask for? Avis helped make this a great vacation.

The young lady that assisted us at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful.I was a disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. The inside was very dirty and the outside had several dings and dents. I understand rental vehicles can go thru a lot of abuse so I was concerned that it might not have been maintained. My two daughters and I were driving through Glacier and Yellowstone which is tough terrain. The vehicle did fine, but unfortunately in the pouring rain on winding roads we discovered the windshield wipers were not of much use and should have been replaced. Not a good situation at night on mountain roads.

(1) They didn't allow me to fly(2) They kept printing out a card from a credit agency that the card said it literally could not tell you anything specific as to why.(3) they Resume to check me in in a way that priceline will not give me a refund now because it shows that I rented the car.(4) worst customer service ever-disabled United States military veteran too much ptsd to keep track of, On my best of days I have trouble communicating with people, And they literally teamed up on me for this to be the result period nobody to call because what they gave me nobody even answers no one answers that number and the card itself says they will not give you any specific information.

Avis car rental at Glacier National Airport was spot on with the way car rental should be.First off, the reservation for my car worked because there was actually a car waiting for me at their rental yard at the airport.Second, the check in process was ridiculously easy and John was a superstar!Third, the drop off was so easy, we just parked the car, locked it up and dropped the keys in the drop box.We caught our plane on time.Life is good, and Avis made it easy to make our vacation pleasant and memorable.

Do not rent from this AVIS or any Avis in fact. They charged my card thousands after I returned the vehicle. No prior damage was recorded and I told them the car wasn’t clean and had hail damage. They assured me not to worry and I would not be charged for anything. I took pictures as well. Even the person behind said their car wasn’t clean and had damage as well and they had the same concern I had. After being assured I would not be charged for anything they charged my card several days later and when I call them it’s just a busy signal.

I should have read the other reviews before renting from this location. Don’t be like me - DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Like some other reviewers, I returned the car a few hours BEFORE the end of my rental period. Left the keys in the dropbox in the return parking lot. I even took a video of the car after parking it in the return lot. Since then I have received multiple charges to my card (one for over $1100) and daily texts that my rental is overdue. I’ve called corporate Customer Service (I’ve also called the direct number listed for the Kalispell location over 20 times but every time I’ve gotten a busy signal) and 3 separate representatives assured me that the contract will be closed and to expect an emailed receipt within 24 hours. It’s been 4 days and I still have not received the receipt. What I’ve received instead is a certified letter from the Avis Loss Prevention Department demanding the return of my “overdue” rental and threatening legal prosecution.I called the loss prevention phone number (it took two tries because the first representative left me on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on me) and was told every representative I had previously talked to hadn’t submitted the correct information to close out the contract. I have been told that that information has now been sent along with the request to close the contract, but that Avis corporate still needs to contact the Kalispell location to determine the status of the car I returned (the status is I returned it on time, to the correct location, with a full tank of gas) and to check back in 3-5 business days.Whatever system the Kalispell location uses to inventory their cars is completely broken. BEWARE - DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

The return process and rebate was horrible. I left my trip early and it was a refund of $300.00 but the people at the return said I would not get a refund due to pre-payment was completed when I booked the car. Pre-Pasadena should mean I reserved and if I need to return I would get the remaining back.

Pilots beware: This Avis location has stopped delivering cars to the Jet Center. They say they will and are happy to agree to that during the reservation process, but upon arrival, your cars will not be there for you and your passengers.That’s exactly what happened to me my last three arrivals. Usually wind up having to walk all the way over there and wait in line or wait 30 minutes for them to sort it out.FBO says it’s not just us, they seeing this daily from Avis.Best stick with competition for plane-side deliveries.

The airport was very busy upon arrival, but the Avis agents were very friendly and efficient in helping customers in the queue. (Kalispell/Glacier National Park MT Airport Aug 4). Def recommend.

At the time of pickup the employee at the desk indicated that the car I had reserved was not on the lot and I would have to wait for it to be returned. As I had already waited 30+ minutes in line, I agreed to a different car and was charged $80 for an upgrade. (Apparently this is an up-sell technique that other folks have also experienced at this location.)

Glacier International Airport Avis was the worst rental company we have rented through to date! Car was damaged and not recorded. Charged a convenience fee after we returned car which was payed in full before we picked up car. Their employees when returning the car sat behind the a darkened window and watch me wait for another employee to get off phone, which he didn't just asked me questions while on phone with other customer. Go to Hertz they were fast and seemed to have no upset customers!
