My vehicle was sprayed with road paint by workers on Hwy 93. Detailers and body shops said it was too time consuming and difficult to remove. One detailer wanted $800 to give it a try. A body shop said impossible and wanted over 4K to replace the affected parts.
Glacier Collision Worx was happy to take on the job for about $250 and did a beautiful job! Manager Jake, owner Rick, and office manager Kayla were so kind to work with and all did an outstanding job. These people are truly honest and really know their work. Rick said their priority is good relationships with their customers (rather than money). I don't know of any other business or people like that around here. They have done a lot toward restoring my faith and trust, especially in auto - related businesses.
From now on, whenever my car has a booboo, I will go straight to Glacier Collision Worx. I encourage everyone to do the same.”

“I've been a shade tree mechanic for many years, rebuilding many cars and trucks. These guys are my go to shop. They know what they are doing. I take my cars and truck here for the things I can't do like alignments but I'd trust them to rebuild my motor if I couldn't do it. They're great and reasonably priced. Had an alignment today and they told me it looked good and didn't need an alignment. Many shops would have just charged me for the alignment and sent me on my way. I didn't get off Scott free but the service fee was minimal and well worth the peace of mind.”

They have been in the valley for some time now. They always have top quality vehicles for very reasonable prices. I bought a used Mercedes for a great price for my son, after he and I had the car shopping, and we're unsatisfied. As soon as we pulled in the lot BAM! There the it was. He know he had to have it, and we got it. That was 3 years and he is still very happy today with it.
Witch brought me back today. As soon as I got on the lot it didn't take very long to find my new truck.
Magan was there at the perfect time to answer all my questions. And get me started, with her mild sales approach, she made the sale very pleasant.

“Drove to Glacier Campground in West Glacier from Massachusetts and as soon as I got there my check engine light came on. These guys were the only semi-close mechanics that could get me into the shop the next day. Unfortunately, after getting my car there the engine failed completely and I ended up having to get the car towed to the closest dealership in Missoula the following day. These guys did everything they could to try and get me back up and running, and were great at explaining what they thought was happening with the car. They were also very understanding while I tried to figure out accommodations and transportation for the area without a car. Despite them not being able to fix the car to no fault of their own, I would definitely recommend this shop if you find yourself experiencing car troubles in/around Kalispell and need someone to take a look fast.”
“We were traveling from Missouri and ended up needing front brakes on our F-250 ASAP.
I called numerous shops and unfortunately they were all to busy to do the work for many days. Ron said he understand our predicament and said if I left it with him he would find a way to work it in.
We rented a car and dropped off the truck on a Thursday evening and the next day Ron had it finished by noon.
Outstanding work at and outstanding value took great care of us even though we're from out of town and most likely not be back in Montana for a long time.

“Jack is the best diesel guy in the valley. We had an ongoing problem with our Duramax one ton Silverado. Others had tried to fix it but never did. Jack figured it out without even having to use any additional parts! If you have diesel issues, he's your guy. And, one of the last fair and honest guys around!”

“My reliable 2006 Dodge Ram broke down the other day and after calling several shops on a Friday morning only to be told they are too busy for new clients I was getting discouraged. I called a couple friends in the area and two of them recommended Mikey's hands down. Mikey's was closed for the weekend so I made it a point to get to the shop Monday morning and see if they could help me out. Sure enough, Mike said "bro g it in today and if it's what I think it is, it'll be ready same day". They didn't disappoint. I got a callback a couple hours later tell g me I can pick up my truck any time. Of course I asked what the damage was and got a pleasant surprise with a much much lower bill than I expected. My initial assessment of this shop is that it is customer oriented and customer satisfaction is a high priority.”

“These guys are awesome! My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and our alternator began heavily smoking as we backed a jetski down a boat ramp. We called these guys, and they were able to get us in within 30 minutes. Once we got there, Arden, who was a particularly helpful and kind service rep, took a look at the issue, and he was able to ultimately diagnose that the negative ground was loose to the terminal on our battery. I feel that most repair shops would have jumped on the opporunity to replace the whole alternator, but Arden was honest enough to tell us that the alternator was in good condition after testing it, and that all that had to be done was tightening the negative connection. I can not speak highly enough of these guys for there honesty and speed with which they were able to get us in! If we ever have car issues up here again, they will definitely be getting our business again!”
