Being a retired mechanic I normally perform my own oil changes, so I really have no idea what the going price is for an oil change at one of the "quick lube" places. However, last month I was traveling cross-country with some friends. We both have similar trucks and needed oil changes. Since we didn't want to waste a lot of time waiting, I went to Speedy Lube and my friends went to another shop down the street. My friend spent literally half of what I spent for the same synthetic oil change. I have no complaints about the quality of service. They performed a quality oil change in a timely fashion. That having been said, $147 for an oil change is ridiculous! Yes, I have some responsibility and should have shopped around. I would have thought that with 3 shops within a few blocks of each other the price would have been more competitive.

We did oil change in Bozeman five days ago in another place, we got a bad filter there. We came here and we told him that the filter was leaking, they fix it pretty quick , change the filter, and didn’t charge us for labour! They even called the company that did the oil change and explain them the problem, the company didn’t agree to pay for it so they charges just for the filter!
We highly recommend them , they are kind and professionals.

Been going here for years but after yesterday's charge of $120 for an oil change, I won't be going back. So many warning signs at the front desk. One of which says they are short staffed but yet they aren't hiring.
Granted, service was quick, but not worth it.

The person who put on my oil filter dry fit it. Not easy to take off filter. Also never put the gasket ring on the oil plug bolt back after draining. So it was leaking oil

Apex Automotive Services & Speedy Lube. We went and got are oil changed the oil housing cap is broken. We had to pay $27 dollars. We called other shop and they said that if it was broken before I would be spilling out oil and leaking. If you take it out to hard it will brake Or if you remove it by bending it just a little it will brake. The shop that I talk to said they would have payed for braking it and the 2 Pieces that broke off would be in with the filter. When it is taken out and broken it can fall out on the floor and it is no were to be found. The lady that I talked to was raising her voice at me and telling that it was are fault. She was treating us like you don't know how to change the oil. Please do not go to this place. They have terrible customer service. The manager that just called me start yelling at me calling me a lair said that he has never broke a cap on a vehicle over the years he been do the job. He said all the other shops Dont know what they are doing and they are lying. I will never be going to that place again.Service: Oil change

My go to place for oil changes for about 10 yrs now. They helped me out when I needed it and I've been loyal ever since. Ever price is clearly labeled on the menu and even what you can get as extras is right on the counter! Great people who work hard and get the job done!
