There was still road splatter on the lower part of the passenger rear door, there was dust on the seats that wasn't even deeply into the seats. Dirt by the door trim. Overall NOT a good job and totally disregarding of issues pointed out. We won't be back.
FOLLOW UP- Their response that they don't have me as a customer is incorrect! My husband was the one who booked the appointment, but he asked me to leave the review. Trying looking up Shan Davis or Built Right in Montana!

Keith replaced the windshield and did a complete detail of the interior of our vehicle. The cost was fair and he did excellent work in exactly the amount of time he told us it would take.

$335. Was rude to my wife till I walked in. Inside was vacuumed and wiped out. Car was washed. That's it. I don't know if they used a dirty damp cloth or what. They either do not possess a crevasse tool or just chose not to use it. Sloppy, inattentive to details (see what I did there). Feel like I got less than a hundred dollars of value for $335. Save your money and go somewhere else. Strongly do not recommend.

We have several chips around 8-9 of them but our insurance requires a new replacement windshield instead of repairing that many chips. Grime2shine was sent the new windshield to be installed. Took our truck in and dropped it off. About an hour later he called and said that the windshield doesn’t need to replaced. Said he refuses to put it in. So now we have to wait to see who else the the company who subbed it out to them to find another place to replace the windshield. So this place is lazy and refuses to do there job. Be very careful dealing with this ignorant man. And as to his response he is lying he was subbed out from a company in Missoula. They’re are around 8 chips in the window and one has started to beyond a chip. And we never got rude with him he was paid to do a job and he still has the window that was paid from our insurance company. This man is a crook

Yesterday I had an appointment to take my new Toyota in to have a rock chip sealed. I thought with everything going on I could drive my car into the bay but no I handed the keys to the owner who then got in and did his thing. No car seat cover no gloves no booties while my son and I patiently waited. Rocked chip sealed and the owner pulled my car out front and waited for me to come back in and pay.
