The worst! Consistently rips me off regarding point redemption and sale prices... even when I enter my card number and try to watch... there are still many missing sale prices and redemption points... totally done with them ripping me off!

Customer service on the phone was fantastic. Cheerful woman named April answered the phone and went out of her way to put aside some donuts for me to pick up later. Little did she know, she saved me from my pregnant wife

What a nasty dirty store! Don't shop here. The help is so incompetent that there is months outdated food on the shelves, molded produce, meat that stink like a trash dumpster, way too expensive ($4 each for rotten mushy avocados, just one example) and the self checkout is so far off on the prices and will not give the proper discount prices and the manager says "it's not our fault it's the machines fault". You simple minded buffoon, you are the incompetent idiot who can't figure out how to program the simple machine. Every store has these machines and only Albertsons are always so far off it amounts to several dollars overcharge every time and the same argument to get my refund that they refuse to give me back! I just walked out of that store for the last time even though it is the only grocery store within walking distance for me I will just have to drive to another store and waste gas.

It felt a little dated and maybe a little small, but it's an Albertsons through and through. We were in town and had to make a few stops to prep for dinner/breakfast (and also it's just kind of fun to stop in to a grocery store when you're in a different town to see what the local people watching scene is all about) and so we popped in for a few items and a few minutes. It had the requisite departments, and we were able to grab the few items that we needed. I don't have too many feelings about an Albertson's since they went extinct in my home state, but on this same trip we also saw a flagship Albertsons in Idaho... and the contrast was pretty stark. I think the small size and dated-ness to this spot had its own charm but I also popped into a store on the new side of town later on that night (can't get enough of run-to-the-store-quick trips on a road trip) and it was pretty darn nice. So perhaps a remodel is in order soon. Bakery, deli, fresh produce, you know the drill. It's all here.

Not happy that the girl at the chicken counter was unfriendly. Nor did she mention to my husband that there was a chicken deal with 2 sides and rolls for almost half the price we payed for our chicken and 2 sides. Not a very friendly store today. The guy at the same counter was wonderful last week to me and very helpful.

I shop at this Albertson's at least once a week. Most of the cashiers are very nice and pleasant except for a gal named Melisa that was my cashier this morning. All I was asking was a price for one of my purchases and she responded in a very rude, and impatient way like she didn't want to be bothered with any questions. She made feel belittled and unwelcomed. People like her should not be in customer service. From now on, ifever I go back to shop at this store I will make sure she's not my cashier, because nobody should feel the same way I did just going food shopping! Also as I was walking out of the line, I was hearing her talking to the next person in line about me, which was mean and unprofessional.

Myself and a few others are working on sewing cloth produce bags (as an alternative to the clear plastic ones) that we would like to give out for free/donation at local grocery stores around the Flathead. I’m picturing this would look like a small table near the entrance with the bags and some information about ocean plastic. Please let me know if this is something Albertson’s would be open to- and, if so, some available dates. It will need to be at least a week out, as I’d like to have more bags to distribute than I have now. Here’s a couple examples of the bags. Thank you!

For some time I've shopped at Albertsons because they have great sales on steak. I've never had a negative customer service experience, but also no impressive experiences. Tonight however was a very poor customer service experience, probably worst I've had in a grocery store. I waited a few minutes at the butcher counter and since nobody was there asked the lady at the bakery to page someone. After a few minutes Connor shows up. When I told him what I wanted from the butchers case he replied he couldn't help me as he wasn't trained. Ok... well can you get someone who could? Connor:" I don't know who that would be, so what would you like me to do?" Me" what would you like me to do?" Connor: "Wait and hope for the best." That's when I asked for a manager and during the time waiting for him the gentleman running the butcher shop arrived and was polite and gathered what I had wanted. Damian, customer service manager, returned with Connor. He was smirking and laughing when I told him of the situation. He was not very customer service oriented and only made me feel worse about the customer service. Anyway, after this experience I thought I'd check yelp and wasn't surprised by the ratings. I guess Albertsons can " wait and hope for the best" as the new remodel and higher prices ( excluding sales) may not be enough to overcome the customer service experiences they appear to be proving per the Yelp reviews.

Trying to buy meat with a raincheck is no good. Don't go through a normal line, you will have to go to customer service. Even there it will just confuse them and be a difficult process. By the time I got out of there both times they just charged me the sale price for a flat 10lbs. (The max you could get at the reduced price) which would be all fine and dandy except that neither order was a full 10lbs. I tried to help out the second time by adding up the weight and multiplying it by the price per pound for the cashier, but she wouldn't listen to me, tried to ring it up some other way, that didn't work so she voided it and just charged me for a full 10lb. It was 9.96 which means I didn't pay a lot over what I should have..... but it is still very frustrating!!!! They need to better train and/or come up with a better system.

If I could do a zero star, I would. I've heard great things about the bakery here and their work with cake. I decided to put faith in it and drove an hour into town to place a custom cake order three days before the birthday. I was in a meeting with the cake decorator for a half hour if not more. She seemed super nice and understanding of what we wanted. { I referenced a camping cake in their book } there was supposed to be a river, grass and trees on the top of the cake. With a horse camp and the deer across the river. And rocks and grass on the sides. I gave them three days before I needed it. This being said. I came in today when the birthday is about an hour away. { we had no storage too keep it. } when I showed up today I looked at the cake and was utterly DISAPPOINTED. We don't have time for a new one and have a 25+ guest list for my grandpas big birthday that we weren't even sure we'd be able to have this year due to a close to death accident. The ' mountains are messy and weird looking and the sky is white when I was told there would be airbrushed Rivers and grass. 40$ for this ? When asking the bakery about it they told me they could " give me a blank white cake " wow. Thanks ? Edit -- took the cake into return it and the supervisor on duty was amazingly helpful ! Fully refunded + a gift card. I do give them an A+ on customer service at the front desk. Thanks ladies for your help !

Whoa! This place is expensive! Stopped here on our way into Kalispell to get to our vacation destination. The prices were ridiculous for everything. We contemplated leaving our basket and trying another grocery store but decided we may just not be used to the prices here. Wrong! We went to WalMart 2 days later and everything was very much normal in price and right at the prices we pay at home (San Antonio, TX). I would not shop here again.
