Was traveling and needed to restock on some food items. I have food allergies though, so I wasn't sure whether I'd be able to find what I needed. Thankfully, Albertson's had lots of good options, including many of the same or similar products to what I buy from healthfood stores at home. I'm glad we decided to stop in here rather than Walmart :)

atmosphere was not there
Staff on the floor was recording videos on personal cell phone “TikTok live” made me and my little family uncomfortable, VERY unprofessional workers name was Ashley Fournet.

Deli was already out of chicken tenders at 5:30 and the deli lady was rude when I asked if they had any. Bought a single serve cake slice and found a hair in the middle of it. Very little of the fruit actually looked like it was any good. Albertsons is supposed to be known for its quality and this one is severely lacking in it.

The customer service is appalling. They demanded that I bring in rotten meat that was thrown away for stinking days before being able to go to the store in order to provide a refund. I will not be shopping here again and had to contact my bank to dispute the charge.

I absolutely love the bakery. I've ordered birthdays cakes for my family for almost 2 years here now and the cake decorator Ariel is amazing at what she dose! Every cake has been and is perfect ? I highly recommend!

This is one of the best Albertsons I've been to. the customer service desk is one of the most accommodating I've worked with. Lynette, the front store manager went above and beyond to help me. much thanks! will come back to this location again.

Fruit didn't look fresh, everything was more expensive than other grocery stores. And The pharmacist needs to learn some customer service skills!

It gets busy, as all the stores in Kalispell tend to do. I wish they could keep up with demand and keep the shelves stocked, but it doesn't happen. Hit or miss when you're going after your monthly groceries. Makes it hard to really get everything I need, and I usually end up having to go to other stores to find what I couldn't.

Kalispell Montana. Food from the deli was great, after I nuked it. There's a deli serving really good food, but you have to heat it up. Who does that? There are 3 other grocery stores in the immediate area who served similar food, but it's hot! Why? Why did I pick the dud of the town?
