I rented from this location for a visit to Glacier National Park. The service was excellent, the vehicle I was given was outstanding, and the after hours dropoff process was quick and convenient. I'd definitely rent from this Alamo location again.

Top notch customer service! There was a sight problem with the vehicle I had rented, but Kara and Ryan did an amazing job in resolving the issue! I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and professionalism… not to mention the nice suv they provided! Thanks again Kara and Ryan!!!

When we arrived it was very busy, nevertheless the service was prompt and professional. Due to being so busy there was a shortage of mid sized vehicles, so instead of having us wait longer they immediately upgraded us for free. On our return flight we realized we had left important documents in the vehicle. I called, they had everything already set aside, and sent it upon my request. The papers arrived in the mail the next day!

I received very good customer service: the tank was not filled so they reimbursed the prepaid gas. I also received a free upgrade.The rental is right outside the arrivals.

We rented a car with Enterprise and were driving from SLC to Montana. We had a flat tire in Kalispell and replaced it with a spare. We were directed by Enterprise to go to Alamo for an exchange vehicle. We assumed Enterprise had some sort of tie-up with Alamo. When we got to Alamo, the lady at the desk was visibly annoyed when we told our story. She initially told us that we would need to wait for 2 hours to get a car and we decided to wait. In few minutes the lady and her manager came back and told that they will not be able to give us an exchange car. They even refused to talk to the Enterprise rep on the phone. I understand why the manager and her staff wouldn’t help an Enterprise customer however the interaction with them was disappointing because of their rudeness and the conflicting information they provided.

It has excellent service. Our flight landed 30 minutes early, I told the front desk I needed to hit the road as soon as possible. They got my rental car ready in 30 minutes. The car, a Toyota all-wheel drive, hybrid Camry only has 150 miles on it, which lets us save hundreds of bucks for a 13 day-drive.We returned the car one day early, the manager immediately reduced the one-day charge from the final price. I strongly recommend this Alamo Rent a Car location.

Had a car reserved and when we arrived they were asking us to wait an hour because the cars weren’t clean. Ended up canceling and renting from Budget. Pretty disappointing as I’m an Alamo insider…..

Quick and easy rental at Kalispell airport. Our rental had bad windshield wipers and they gave us a refund for the inconvenience which was very nice. Good experience

First day of picking up Alamo’s car rental was a breeze, however noticed when driving it the vehicle was slightly bouncy on interstate. After getting settled in our cabin, the next morning we woke up to the vehicles car pressure light turned on. Because we were getting married in the National park we didn’t want to risk taking it further. We easily exchanged the vehicle that day without any issues. However, when time for turn-in we dropped off the keys in the drop box and 4 days later received a call that they never got the keys and can’t find the vehicle. We explained where we parked the vehicle and what time we roughly dropped the keys off. I tried calling them back several times to ensure they found the vehicle and got the keys. I’m almost positive they probably ended up giving the vehicle to someone else, however that doesn’t guarantee them from not charging us extra. I called multiple times to check on status and no one answers.Alamo definitely put unnecessary stress on our plate for something that is their fault.

What a great and easy experience. Breann made it simple and quick when we needed to extend our vehicle it made it happen with no headache at all. Got me into a car that fit my large family very fast. Thank you Breann from Kalispell Alamo.

Had a rental set up back in August and getting around to this review. After getting off my plane, I was stuck in a 40 minute line that had me 30 minutes late for the reservation I had set many months prior. This was because only one person was working the desk and was clearly overworked. I get to the front finally, and I'm told it'll be about an hour. They're currently cleaning the cars. I'm okay with that answer, but notice everyone in front of me is sitting down and lingering around the area about 30 people deep. Nobody else I've seen has actually received their keys yet. It ended up taking about 4 hours to finally get the car from the planned reservation time. I was offered $100 off the bill, which was appreciated, but didn't change they completely torpedoed my plans for the first day. I didn't have anything too important going on, but I'd bet one of the group waiting with me had pertinent situations they needed to get moving on. The people that cleaned the cars clocked out for the day at 4, so the front desk person disappeared for an hour to get the cars cleaned for us. Ridiculous situation, but some A+ banter among us that were waiting as we watched the other rental companies easily go through the people the people that went to them. The car itself was in great condition, and 2 thumbs up to the staff working that Alamo put in a no win situation and completely screwed over since they pretty much spend their whole shift with disgruntled customers that are justified in their anger. I've rented cars over 100 times and I think is the worst experience I've ever had. Talking to a guy that says he's visited Kalispell for business the last 3 years, Alamo is always like this here and his company only does business with Alamo so he's come to expect it and can't avoid the situation. Alamo, hire more people, pay them better, and quit being 4 hours late at setting up a car for a reservation. After my trip which I managed to salvage after, I was given a text survey. I gave them my feedback and was told I'd get a call back. Well, 4 months later and I still never got a call back.

I have been currently trying to contact Alamo due to a lost item inside the car. We immediately attempted to call the Kalispell Alamo desk within 2 hours after leaving to notify them of the lost item they never answered so I have contacted Alamo customer service and taken all the steps to report the lost item. We could not and still can't get ahold of the Kalispell Alamo desk to inquire about our lost item. It's been over a week now and have had no notice or had anyone reach out to us. This has been one of our worst experiences ever with a car rental company. We arrived to pick up our car (that was reserved for 2 months ahead of time and prepaid) only to wait for a car for 2 hours because they were understaffed and had no available cars. After finally getting a car, we stuck our luggage into the trunk only to realize after arriving at our AirBNB that the trunk was completely soaked and therefore all of our luggage was soaked. When we returned the car, we were there at 8 am when they opened but no one showed up to work until 8:15. We did let them know about the water issue and we were refunded some of our money but overall we are not pleased with their customer service. I would highly suggest booking with another rental car company if you are flying in to Kalispell.

Seamless experience from beginning to end. Nice, relatively new car (windows could have been a little cleaner), but overall Alamo came thru with a reasonably priced rental when others were asking ridiculous prices. I recommend Alamo.
